If the relevant product standards do not specify, the nominal pressure and operating temperature range can also be determined according to the forging material corresponding to the casting according to Table 3.0.1. ② The nominal pressure and working temperature of the austenitic stainless steel butt welding ring of the steel pipe material shall comply with the provisions of the relevant steel pipe use standards. 141 3.0.3 The grade and technical requirements of forgings (including forged and rolled products) shall temporarily comply with the corresponding requirements of JB4726~4728. 1 Carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel forgings with a nominal pressure PN of 0.25MPa~1.OMPa are allowed to use Grade I forgings. 2 Except for the following provisions, forgings with a nominal pressure PN of 1.6MPa~6.3MPa shall comply with the requirements of Grade I or above forgings. 3 Those who meet any of the following conditions shall comply with the requirements of heavy-grade forgings: (1) Forgings for flanges with a nominal pressure PN10.OMPa; (2) Chromium-molybdenum steel forgings with a nominal pressure PN>4.OMPa; (3) Ferritic steel forgings with a nominal pressure PN>1.6MPa and a working temperature ≤-20℃. 3.0.4 Neck butt welding, neck flat welding, socket welding and threaded flanges are generally made of forging or forging process. When steel plates or steel sections are used for manufacturing, the following requirements must be met: 1 The steel plate should be ultrasonically inspected and free of delamination defects; 2 It should be cut into strips along the rolling direction of the steel, and be bent and welded into a ring, and the surface of the steel should form a cylindrical surface of the ring. Steel plates shall not be directly machined into neck flanges: 3 The butt weld of the ring should be a full penetration weld; 4 The butt weld of the ring should be post-weld heat treated and 100% radiographic or ultrasonically inspected, and the radiographic inspection shall meet the requirements of Level II of IB4730, and the ultrasonic inspection shall meet the requirements of Level I of JB4730. 3.0.5 The outer slope of the neck of the neck flat welding flange, socket welding flange and threaded flange shall not be greater than 7°. 142 4 Dimensional tolerance 4.0.1 The dimensional tolerance of the flange shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.0.1. 4.0.2 The surface roughness of the flange sealing surface shall be selected according to the gasket type in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.0.2-1, and shall be indicated when ordering. When the surface roughness requirement of the sealing surface is not indicated when ordering, it shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.0.2-2. 4.0.3 The dimension tolerance of the sealing surface of the ring connection surface shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4.0.3. The minimum hardness value of the ring groove shall be 30HB higher than the maximum hardness value of the metal ring gasket used. 4.0.4 The groove size of the flange (including flat welding ring and butt welding ring) shall be in accordance with the provisions of HG20605.
