3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Coding
A code that uses a group of numbers or letters to represent the relevant information of industrial detonators according to certain rules. 3.2
Notch
Use technical means to encode on the outer surface of the shell of industrial detonators. 3.3
Characteristic number
Used to distinguish the product coding codes of different varieties, different shifts, different machines or different quantity sections produced on the same production date.
Recoding
When the number of products is missing during the production process, the product code that needs to be supplemented. The code supplemented according to specific rules is a special complementary code. 3.5
Abnormal code
Codes whose detonator coding information does not meet the requirements. 4 Basic rules
4.1 Each industrial detonator must be coded when it leaves the factory. 4.2 The industrial detonator code must be unique within 10 years. 4.3 The "Industrial Detonator Coding Information Registration Form with Box" should be included in the basic packaging unit of industrial detonators (hereinafter referred to as the box) (see Appendix A), and its contents should include: the name of the manufacturer and its code; the production date code, characteristic number and box number registration column; the sequence number of all detonators corresponding to the box specifications; the abnormal code record column; the signature column of the recipient; the issuer and the issue date and the reviewer and the review date; and other matters that need to be explained.
A one-dimensional barcode containing the detonator coding related information in the box should be pasted on the outer surface of the box. The barcode should be marked with Chinese characters such as the manufacturer's name, product, variety, and box quantity. 1
GA 441--2003
4.4 The "Industrial Detonator Coding Information Registration Form" (see Appendix B) should be placed in the industrial detonator packaging box, and its content should include: the name of the manufacturer and its code; the production date code and box number registration column; the box number corresponding to the packing specification and the registration column for the recipient, the issuer and the issue date; the reviewer and the review date; and other matters that need to be explained. Two one-dimensional barcodes containing the detonator coding information in the box are pasted on the outer surface of the box in a conspicuous place. The barcodes should be marked with Chinese characters such as the manufacturer's name, product variety, packing quantity, and production date. 4.5 The production of one-dimensional barcodes shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T18347. The information contained shall be clear, easy to read and register, and there should be no obvious stains, and it should be firmly pasted.
4.6 When industrial detonators leave the factory, the "Industrial Detonator Coding Information Instructions" (see Appendix C) should be provided with the box. Its contents should at least include: the arrangement and meaning of the coding, the instructions for filling in the industrial detonator coding information registration form with the box (box), the abnormal code description, etc. 4.7 When industrial detonators are sold in batches, the "Industrial Detonator Batch Sales Coding Information Registration Form" (see Appendix D) must be filled in. Its contents should include: registration unit; detonator type; production unit; production date; purchasing unit; purchase date; purchase certificate and transportation certificate issuing unit; purchase certificate number; transportation certificate number; box serial number; registrant and registration date; reviewer and review date; and other matters that need to be explained. 5 Coding method
5.1 Coding composition
The coding adopts a 13-bit code, which consists of the manufacturer code, production year code, production month code, production day code, feature number and serial number.
5.1.1 Manufacturer code: Indicated by two Arabic numerals "01~99". 5.1.2 Year of production code: Indicated by two Arabic numerals "0~9" for the year at the end of the century. 5.1.3 Month of production code: Indicated by two Arabic numerals "01~12" for December 5.1.4 Day of production code: Indicated by two Arabic numerals "01~31" for days 1~31. 5.1.5 Characteristic number: Indicated by one English letter (except for capital English letter B, lowercase English letters c, O, s, u, V, W, x, z), or one Arabic numeral. Specifically, it can be the code of the encoding machine, the code of the detonator variety, the segment number of the detonator code, or the box number.
5.1.6 Serial number: Indicated by five Arabic numerals, Arranged continuously, should not be divided, and easy to read and user registration management. The first three digits represent the box number. When the three digits cannot meet the production needs, the characteristic number can be used as the box number; the last two digits represent the sequence number of the detonator in the box.
5.2 Complement code
5.2.1 When complement code is required during the production process, it is advisable to complement the original detonator code or replace it with a special complement code. 5.2.2 The special complement code method is: the meaning of the first 8 digits of the 13-digit code remains unchanged, the first digit of the last 5-digit serial number is represented by the English letter B, and the last 4 digits are the complement code sequence number.
5.2.3 The special complement code must be unique within 10 years, and correspond one-to-one with the original detonator code, and recorded in the "Correspondence Registration Form for Special Complement Codes for Industrial Detonators" (see Appendix E). "Correspondence Registration Form for Special Complement Codes for Industrial Detonators" 》The content should include: the production date code of the original coded detonator; the production date code of the special supplementary coded detonator; the original detonator coding feature number: box number: the sequence number of detonators in the box: the special supplementary coding feature number; the supplementary serial number: destruction record; the registrant and the registration date; the reviewer and the review date; and other matters that need to be explained. 6 Marking requirements
6.1 When marking, the arrangement of the codes can be arranged along the circumferential direction of the tube shell, or along the axial direction of the tube shell. Typical arrangement examples are as follows:
a) Arranged along the circumferential direction of the tube shell and the meaning is: 2
GA441—2003
The arrangement order of the 13-bit code starts with a double row of codes and rotates clockwise. The meanings are as follows: the top row '01' is the production enterprise code (×× production enterprise name), 2 is the production The code for the year of production (2002), A is the characteristic number (A-th coding machine); the lower row '05 is the code for the month of production (May), 06 is the code for the day of production (6th). 999 is the box number (999th box), 88 is the sequence number of the detonators in the box (88th detonator in the 999th box).
b) The arrangement and meaning along the axis of the tube shell are: 5720506191166
The meaning of the 13-bit code is: "57 is the code for the manufacturer (name of the ×× manufacturer), "2 is the code for the year of production (2002), 05 is the code for the month of production (May), 06 is the code for the day of production (6th), 1 is the characteristic number (No. 1 coding machine), 911 is the box number (911th box), and 66 is the sequence number of the detonators in the box (66th detonator in the 911th box). 6.2 The marking should be done by engraving (pressing) method, and the safety of detonator production must be ensured. The structure of the detonator should not be damaged after marking and its performance should still be guaranteed.
6.3 The width of each code mark should not be less than 0.1mm, the depth of the code mark of paper shell detonator should not be less than 0.1mm, the depth of the code mark of metal shell detonator should not be less than 0.006 mm, and the code spacing should not be less than 0.1mm. 6.4 The coding font should be a single-stroke standard font, the height of the serial number code should not be less than 2.5mm, and the height of other codes should not be less than 1.8mm. It is usually clearly visible under light.
