Note, 1 "Diameter" refers to the diameter of the round plate. 2. Special specifications can be negotiated by both parties. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Appearance
3.1.1 The color of the plate is the natural color of the period.
3.1.2 The surface of the plate should be smooth, and no condensation lines, bubbles, or delamination are allowed. Mechanical damage that affects the use, board surface knife marks and other defects are not allowed.

QB/T 3625-1999
SFB-1: No metal impurities are allowed in the middle, but no more than 1 non-metallic impurity with a diameter of 0.1mm~0.5mm is allowed to exist on an area of 10cm×10cm, and no more than 1 non-metallic impurity with a diameter of 0.5mm~2mm is allowed to exist on the board surface. No more than 1 metal impurity with a diameter of 0.5mm, no more than 3 non-metallic impurities with a diameter of 0.5mm~-2mm are allowed to exist on the board surface. No more than 1 spot with a mutual diameter of 2mn~3m. 3.2 Performance
The performance of the plate shall comply with the provisions of 2.
Tensile strength
Double elongation at break
Withstand voltage
4 Test method
4.1 Measurement of overall dimensions
4.1.1 Thickness
The thickness of the plate shall be measured with a ruler with an accuracy of 0.02mm. 4.1.2 Length and width
2.10~-2.30
≥150
2. 10~2.30
Network fee source
The length and width of the plate shall be measured with a steel ruler or tape measure with an accuracy of 1mm
4.2 Appearance
Inspect visually under natural light. 4.3 Determination of specific gravity
2.10~2.30
According to the original GB1033-1970 "Test Method for Specific Gravity of Plastics". During the test, a small amount of wetting agent was added to the distilled water. 4.4 Determination of tensile strength and elongation at break 4.4.1 Test conditions
Temperature is (23±2)℃, relative humidity is 45%~55%, and the stack is placed for more than 8 hours. According to the original GB1040-1979 "Plastic Tensile Test Method", IⅢ type specimens are used. For plates with a thickness of no more than 2mm, five specimens are punched on the plate. If it is a turned plate, five specimens are punched along the longitudinal direction of the plate: the original thickness of the plate is used as the thickness of the specimen. For plates with a thickness greater than 2mm, a standard sample with a thickness of (2±0.2)mm should be pressed (see Appendix A for pressing conditions), and five specimens are punched. The mutual movement speed of the two fixtures on the testing machine is (100±10)mm/min. 4.5 Withstand voltage determination
4.5.1 Electrode
The electrodes used for the test are shown in Figure 1.
4.5.2 The specimen
is a disc with a diameter of not less than 50mm, or a square with a side length of 50mm. There are three specimens. 4.5.3 Test steps
The electrodes are placed in the transformer oil, and the specimen is placed between the electrodes. Within 0s10s: after the industrial frequency AC voltage is increased to the specified value (Table 3), it is maintained for 1min, and the specimen is observed to see whether it breaks down. If there is no breakdown phenomenon in the specimen, it is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified. The three specimens must meet the specified values for the test. This test is not carried out for plates with a thickness greater than 111. 9
5 Inspection rules
Specimen thickness
QB/T3625—1999
Unit: mm
5.1. The inspection is carried out in batches, and the boards produced continuously by the same batch of raw materials and the same process are regarded as a batch. ky
5.2 During the inspection, the dimensions and appearance of each piece or roll of the board shall be checked according to Chapter 2 and 3.1, and the batch shall be tested according to Items 2 and 3 of 3.2. During the test, if one item does not meet the requirements of this standard, a new sample with double the surplus shall be taken and the unqualified item shall be retested. If the retest result shows that the item is still unqualified, the batch shall be unqualified. 5.3 According to Items 1 and 4 of 3.2, typical tests shall be carried out every three months. If the process or formula changes, the test shall be carried out in time. B. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
Each piece of film packaging shall be attached with a label indicating the product brand, specification, batch number and net weight. Each batch of boards shall be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate. 2. Packaging
Boards are generally packed in plastic film bags and placed in thick cardboard boxes or wooden boxes. 6.3 Transportation
Should be protected from impact, pressure, sun and rain.
6.4 Storage
The boards should be packed and stored in a clean and dry warehouse. 10
