1.1 Subject content

This specification specifies the requirements, quality assurance provisions and delivery preparation for military expandable shelters (hereinafter referred to as shelters).
1.2 Scope of application
This specification applies to the design, production and acceptance of military expandable shelters: 1.3 Classification
Expandable shelters are divided into two categories: single-sided expandable shelters and double-sided expandable shelters. 1.3.1 Single-sided expandable shelter
One side wall of the shelter is fixed, and the other side wall is movable. The volume after expansion is about 1.75 times the original volume. 1.3.2 Double-sided expandable shelter

3.1Qualification appraisal

Products submitted in accordance with this specification shall be products that have been qualified or approved for finalization. 3.2 Lifespan
Under normal use and maintenance, the total design life of the shelter shall be no less than 15 years. 3.3 Materials
3.3.1 Metal materials
The metal materials used in the shelter must have a factory certificate of conformity or comply with the relevant standards. Effective anti-electrochemical corrosion measures must be taken at the contact points with non-metallic materials. 3.3.2 Non-metallic materials
Foamed sheets used to make sandwich panels are not allowed to have fractures, hollows or edge depressions. It is not allowed to use dry adhesives and sealants that have exceeded the warranty period.
3.4 ​​Design and structure
3.4.1 Shelter panels
The structure and performance of the shelter panels shall comply with the provisions of SJ20500. 3.4.2 Connection and fastening
3.4.2.1 The welds of welded parts shall be uniform and free of penetration, cracks, slag inclusions, pores and incomplete penetration. 3.4.2.2 Threaded connections without anti-loosening measures are not allowed. 3.4.2.3 Rivets and rivet nuts shall be arranged neatly, and no extension, crack or looseness is allowed. No falling, deformation or damage is allowed.
3.4.3 Doors, windows and sash doors
The dimensions of doors, windows and openings shall comply with the provisions of GJB1928. The doors, windows and openings before and after the expansion of the shelter shall be flexible to open and close, and the locking and limiting mechanisms shall work normally. 3.4.4 Bottom plate load
When the shelter is in working condition, the bottom plate shall be subjected to the uniform load, concentrated load and point load test specified in Article 4.7.2.4, and no peeling, warping, cracking, permanent deformation or other forms of damage shall occur. 3.4.5 Load on top plate
When the shelter is in working condition, the top plate of the shelter shall not show delamination, warping, cracking, permanent deformation or other forms of damage after being subjected to the uniform load and concentrated load tests specified in Article 4.7.2.5. 3.4.6 Load on hatch door
When the hatch door is subjected to the static load cycle and gust load tests specified in Article 4.7.2.6, the door and the door chain and the restraining mechanism shall not be inflexible, permanently deformed or damaged. 3.4.7 Load on ladder and pedal

The structural dimensions and performance requirements of sliding shall comply with the provisions of GJB2372. 3.4.11 Angle fittings
The performance of angle fittings shall comply with the provisions of GJB2410. 3.4.12 Door handle torque
The door handle torque shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.5.10 of GJB870. 3.5 Standardization and interchangeability
The structural dimensions of the shelter shall be standardized and serialized, and accessories, components and parts with the same size and specifications shall be interchangeable.
3.6 Maintainability
The average repair time and average preventive maintenance time of the shelter shall meet the contract requirements or product specifications. 3.7 Transportability
The shelter should be able to adapt to various transportations under the following conditions. After transportation, the shelter shall not have permanent deformation, delamination, or other functional damage.
3.7.1 Transportation by military off-road vehicles
After the shelter is fixed to the off-road vehicle with a tie-down assembly or a twist lock, it should be able to be transported off-road. 3.7.2 Impact during railway transportation
The shelter should be able to withstand the impact during railway transportation. 3.7.3 Drop during transportation
The shelter should be able to withstand the impact of falling during loading and unloading. 3.8 Performance characteristics
3. 8. 1 Light tightness (see 4.7.6.1)
When the shelter is in working condition, the doors, windows, and openings are closed, and the lights in the cabin are turned on. No light is allowed to leak out of the cabin.
3.8.2 Air tightness (see 4.7.6.2)

When the cabin is in working state, the total heat transfer coefficient is not more than 2W!n12\C when the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cabin is 55\℃. 3.8.4 Rain (see 4.7.6.4)
Close all doors, windows and openings of the shelter and conduct artificial rain for 1 hour. The rain intensity is 6mm/min. No seepage is allowed inside the shelter (the rain should be conducted in the evacuated state and the working state respectively). 3.8.5 Wind resistance (see 4.7.6.5)
When the shelter is loaded and unloaded by the lifting mechanism (the shelter is in the retracted state), it should be able to withstand the wind load of a steady wind speed of 17m/s or a gust of 25m/s. When the shelter is in the working state, it should be able to withstand the wind load of a steady wind speed of 40m/s or a gust of 60m/s.
3.8.6 Leveling mechanism (see 4.7.6.6)
The leveling mechanism of the shelter should be able to ensure that the shelter in the retracted state is leveled on a solid ground with a slope of no more than 10%, and the leveling mechanism should not be permanently deformed or damaged. 3.8.7 Erection and Retraction (see 4.7.6.7)
Under the condition that the steady wind speed is not more than 13m/s, the shelter is erected from the retracted state to the working state, and 2 man-hours are required for every 14m2 of floor area after expansion. The withdrawal time is similar or slightly shorter. 3.9 Safety
Lock all doors, windows and openings of the shelter in working state and lock all the connection parts. The personnel in the cabin should be able to quickly open the door and exit the cabin.
3.10 Environmental requirements
The shelter should not show delamination, rust, permanent deformation, jamming of active parts, failure of sealing strips and sealants under the following environmental conditions.
3.10.1 High temperature
Maximum storage temperature: 70±2°C:
Maximum operating temperature: 55±2°C.
3.10.2 Low temperature
Minimum storage temperature: -552°C
Minimum operating temperature: -45±2°C.
3.10.3 Solar radiation
When the temperature of the outer skin of the cabin reaches 96±8 due to solar heat radiation, the top plate shall not delaminate or permanently deform.
3.10.4 Humidity and heat
The shelter shall be able to withstand a periodic humid and hot environment with a maximum temperature of 60°C, a minimum temperature of 30°C, and a relative humidity of 95%, and shall not rust, delaminate or permanently deform. 3.10.5 Salt spray

All parts of the shelter shall be resistant to mold, and the mold growth level shall be less than level 2. 3.11 Dimensions and shape and position planning

4.t Inspection responsibility
Unless otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor shall be responsible for completing all inspections specified in this specification. If necessary, the ordering party or the superior appraisal agency has the right to inspect any inspection item described in the specification. 4.1.1 Qualification Responsibility
All products must meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of this specification. The inspections specified in this specification shall be an integral part of the contractor's entire inspection system or quality program. If the contract includes the inspection requirements specified in this specification, the contractor shall also ensure that the products submitted for acceptance meet the contract requirements. Quality consistency sampling does not allow the submission of products that are known to be defective, nor can the ordering party be required to accept defective products. 4.2 Inspection Classification

4.3 Test conditions

4.3.2 Equipment, instruments and meters

The equipment, instruments and meters used to test the test parameters should be calibrated in accordance with relevant national calibration procedures, and their errors should be less than one-third of the allowable error of the measured parameters. 4.4 Identification and inspection
Identification and inspection are generally carried out when the product design or production is finalized, but when there are major changes in the main design, process and materials of the product that may affect the product quality and performance and make the original identification conclusion no longer valid, identification and inspection should also be carried out.
4.4.1 Inspection date
Unless otherwise specified, the inspection items shall be in accordance with the provisions of the table. 4.4.2 Sample quantity
The number of samples or samples for identification inspection shall be in accordance with the contract provisions. 4.4.3 Qualification criteria
When all inspection items meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and Chapter 5, the identification inspection is considered qualified. The contractor shall analyze the unqualified items, find out the causes of the defects and take corrective measures. The unqualified items and related items may be inspected again. If all inspection items meet the specified requirements, the identification inspection is considered qualified. If there is still an item that does not meet the specified requirements after the inspection is continued, the identification inspection is considered unqualified. 4.4.4 Maintenance of identification qualification
In order to maintain the identification qualification, the contractor shall provide the contract certification to the ordering party. 4.5 Quality consistency inspection
4.5.1 Inspection grouping
Quality consistency inspection is divided into Group A, B and C. 4.5.2 Group A inspection
4.5.2.1 Inspection items and sequence
The inspection items and sequence of Group A shall be as specified in Table 1
4.5.2.2 Sampling plan
Percent of the inspection batches submitted by the contractor shall be subject to Group A inspection. 4.5.2.3 Qualification criterion
When the inspection results meet the requirements of this specification, it shall be judged as qualified for Group A inspection. 4.5.2.4 Re-inspection
For batches of products that fail the Group A inspection, the contractor shall find out the reasons and may re-inspect after taking measures. 4.5.3 Group B inspection

Group B inspection shall be conducted on the products of the Group A inspection qualified batch. 4.5.3.1 Inspection items and sequence
The inspection items and sequence of Group B shall be as specified in Table 1. 4.5.3.2 Sampling plan
If the production batch of products of the same model is less than 40 units, 1 unit shall be randomly selected; if the production batch is 40 to 400 units, 2 units shall be randomly selected; if the production batch is greater than 100 units, it shall be determined by negotiation between the ordering party and the contractor. 4.5.3.3 Qualification criteria
If the inspection results meet the requirements of this specification, it shall be judged as qualified for Group B inspection. 4.5.3.4 Re-inspection
For the batch of products that failed the Group B inspection, the contractor shall find out the cause of the defect and re-inspect after taking corrective measures. If it still fails, it shall be judged as unqualified for Group B inspection. 4.5.4 Group C inspection
Group C inspection shall be conducted on the products of the Group B inspection qualified batch. 5.4.1 Inspection items and sequence
Inspection items and sequence of C group shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. 4.5.4.2 Sampling plan
When the batch is larger than 50 units, 1 unit shall be randomly selected; when the batch is larger than 100 units, 2 units shall be randomly selected from the board. 4.5.4.3 Qualified data
When the inspection results meet the requirements of this specification, the test is judged as qualified. 4.5.4.4 Re-inspection
If the sample fails to pass the C group inspection, the inspection and payment of the product shall be stopped. The contractor shall inform the qualification appraisal unit of the non-conforming situation. When taking corrective measures, all tests or inspections shall be carried out again according to the opinions of the qualification appraisal unit, or only the non-conforming items shall be tested or inspected. If the inspection is still unqualified, the non-conforming situation shall be reported to the qualification appraisal unit.
4.5.4.5 Sample processing
Unless otherwise specified, the contractor shall repair the discovered or potential damage of the samples after the C group inspection, and then pass the A group inspection and B group inspection, and can be delivered according to the contract or order: 4.5.4.6 Inspection cycle
The C group inspection cycle shall be carried out according to the following conditions:
a. Continuous production for more than one year;
