This standard is applicable to the wheels equipped with the driving wheels of a sowing machine, a harvesting machine and a large agricultural machine. 2 Test sample The test sample should be a finished wheel that has been tested. 3 Test equipment GH/T14786—93 3.1 The test bench should have a device that can make the wheel bear the clockwise force and twist it to the maximum extent (see Figure 1). Other tests with the same principle can be used. 3.2 Tighten the wheel as required by the test requirements. 4 Test method 4.1 Installation and adjustment 4.1.1 Install the test vehicle bolt (5) on the connecting flange (3): the four sides of the fastener are facing the test bench moving end (8), and the bolts are adjusted to the torque value specified by the main engine manufacturer or test requirements. The bolts and nuts are not allowed to be lubricated. They can be tightened again during the test. 4.1.2 Move the chain seat (6) radially in the middle of the disc (7) to the position where the pressure plate (4) clamps the wheel flange, and when the wheel is installed with the same prestress, tighten all the parts. 4.1.3 The load system should maintain a certain load, and the error should not exceed ±5%. Approved by the State Technical Supervision Commission on 1993-12-27 and implemented on 1994-08-01 2 Determination of the specification CE/T14786-93 Figure 1 Single-wheel torsion strength test bench 1 Test bench for front end 2 Anti-climbing platform model: 3-standard flange; d-industry photography. Block: 5-core test grid: 6-right short millimeter: 7-surface: 8-test combined power forbidden end torque M in N · The measurement is determined by the following formula: the adhesion coefficient of the matching wheel is taken as .65; length is the rolling half weight of the matching wheel, half of the true external weight of the new and inflated tire according to the national tire standard, multiplied by the rolling radius to give an approximate calculation, m F is the rated load of the wheel specified by the wheel manufacturer, or the maximum load of the maximum wheel specified for the matching wheel, whichever is better, N: K---strengthening factor, take 1.1. 4.3 Loading of torque 4.3.1 The torque load is determined by the rotation of the wheel when the vehicle is moving forward (the torque added is in the direction equivalent to the rotation direction of the wheel when the vehicle is moving forward). 4.3.2 Counterclockwise rotation, half of the load determined in 4.2 (torque applied in the direction of rotation of the wheel when the vehicle moves backwards), 4.3.3 Clockwise and counterclockwise loading and intermittent loading are one cycle. 4.4 Test adjustment frequencywwW.bzxz.Net Test wheel per minute 50+10 cycles. 4. 5 Test number 2.5×10 cycles. 4. 6 Test failure period GB/147E6 Wheel deformation occurs, no continued load bearing: Wheel section cracking effect: Wheel rivet replacement cracking load separation according to additional instructions, the standard is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery Industry: This standard is the National Machinery Standard Technical Committee.
