GB/T 2978—1997
my country's radial tire production for passenger cars has developed rapidly from scratch, and its products have been sold to Europe and the United States. The previous product series standards can no longer meet the development scale of the production of passenger car tires. Therefore, the product series standards for radial tires for passenger cars are revised in accordance with international advanced standards. This standard is based on the equivalent use of the European ETRTO—1994, and the previous version of GB/T2978--8S is revised. This version has changes in the following chapters and contents: The tire specification display method is the same as the European standard. The part on bias tires for passenger cars has been deleted.
In the table of the relationship between speed level and the maximum driving speed of tires with different rim nominal sizes, the I-level speed level has been added. In the table of tire speed level-maximum driving speed, the VW and Y-level speed levels have been added. Added the \45\ series, \50\ series and \55\ series of radial tires for passenger cars. The product series are arranged from high to low according to the tire breakage rate. In the basic parameters column, only the rim models of the second-grade rims are set. The main parameters of the wheel specifications have been appropriately revised based on ETRT (1994). Added the table of corresponding pressures and loads of radial tires for passenger cars. This standard is valid for the same period as GB/T 2978-89. This is a summary of the standard. This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Tires and Rim. Drafting units of this standard: Beijing Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Liaoning Changzheng Tire Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zhitai Rubber Factory. The main contributors of this standard: Shen Jianqi, Chen Minling, Ou Ling, Gan Kexian, Liu Shifang, Shan Jiachang, Wang Jinlan. This standard was first issued in March 1982 and revised for the first time in March 1989.
