3.3 Test procedure
3.3.11 Fineness determination
Weigh 20g of the sample (accurate to 0.01g), place it in a 20-month standard push sieve and vibrate until it does not leak. Weigh the sieve residue (accurate to 0.01 g) and calculate by the following formula:
m=×100%
Fineness=
In the test: m1 is the mass of the sample, g:
m: is the mass of the sieve residue, g.
3.3.2 Emulsion performance test
(1)
3.3.2.1 Preparation of emulsion
Weigh 100 g of the sample and put it into a 500 ml porcelain cup, add 240 ml of diesel, and inject 60 ml of distilled water with a syringe (with a needle) while stirring with an electric stirrer. Stir at 50r for 3 h, add 140 g of barite powder, and stir at high speed for another 30 min. 3.3.2.2 Emulsion stability test
Use an emulsion stability tester to measure according to the operating procedures. 3.3.2.3 Rheological test of emulsion
Use a rotary viscometer to determine the rheological parameters at 50°C 3.3.2.4 High temperature stability test of emulsion
3.3.2.4.1 Place the emulsion in a high temperature tank, fill it with nitrogen, and the pressure is 689.5kPa. Place it at 150°C for 16 hours, release the gas, open the tank, and use a specified glass rod to make it fall vertically and freely to detect precipitation. If it can fall freely to the bottom of the tank, there is no hard precipitation. 3.3.2.4.2 Stir the high temperature emulsion at high speed for 30 minutes to determine the demulsification voltage and rheological parameters at 50°C. 3.3.2,5 Emulsion filtration loss
Measured according to the room temperature medium pressure filtration loss test procedure, 3.3.3 Deblocking performance
3.3.3.1 Base slurry preparation
Put 350ml of distilled water in the cup of a commercial speed mixer, add 0.12g of sodium metaphosphate, stir at high speed for 5min (the following stirring is the same): add 10.6g of swellable soil, stir for 5min; add 22g of evaluation soil, stir for 5min, add 18.8g of concave and convex soil and stir for 2
SY7ZQ 007-89
5min, add 0.88g of sodium dextrose, stir for 5min, adjust the pH to 9.0~10 with 50% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, add 140g of barite powder and stir for 30min.
The base slurry properties should meet the requirements of Table 2
Apparent viscosity
33.3.2 Preparation of unblocking liquid
Filtration, quantity
Weigh 100g of the sample and put it into a 500ml sugar porcelain cup, add 300ml of diesel, stir with an electric stirrer and inject 60ml of distilled water with a syringe (with a needle), stir at 50°C for 3h, and then stir with a high-speed stirrer for 30min for use. 3.3,3.3 Test steps
3.3.3,3.1 Use the mud cake adhesion coefficient tester to measure the base slurry filtration loss. Maintain the pressure at 689.5kPa for 15min3.3.3.3.2 Pour out the mud and add the de-stuck liquid without bubbling. Maintain the pressure at 689.5kPa during the soaking process. 3.3.3.3.3 Pour out the de-stuck liquid without bubbling for 30min and observe the cracking of the mud cake (if it is not clear: it can be gently washed with water). 4 Inspection rules and quality inspection form
4.1 Inspection rules
41.1 When sampling from the carding agent, use a sampler to arrange sampling points at the top, middle and bottom of each side according to the stacking height, shape and quantity. Each batch shall not be less than 10, and the sampling amount at each point is about 100g, which are combined as the test sample. 4.1.2 The collected samples are fully mixed and divided into two parts by quartering method, each part is about 500, and they are placed in clean, dry and sealed containers and labeled. The sampling date, sampler, manufacturer name and factory batch number should be filled in the label. One bottle is sent for inspection and the other bottle is kept for three months for seed cutting.
4.1.3 Sampling and inspection work should be completed within the period specified in the contract signed by the supply and demand parties. When the product does not meet the requirements of the table, the demand party should submit a report to the supplier within the period specified in the contract and explain the reasons for rejection. 4.1.4 If the supply and demand parties cannot reach a consensus, the sample to be kept should be sent for arbitration test. Both parties should be bound by the arbitration test, and the arbitration test fee shall be borne by the losing party. 4.2 Quality Inspection Sheet
4.2.1 Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a product quality inspection sheet, the format of which is shown in Appendix B.4.2.2 If there is no product quality inspection sheet when each batch of products is shipped to the purchaser, the purchaser may refuse to accept and refuse to pay, and pursue economic liability in accordance with the contract. 5 Packaging, marking and storage
5.1 Packaging
5.1.1 The packaging bag shall be strong enough and shall have at least two layers, with the outer layer being a woven bag and the inner layer being a high-strength film bag, so as to meet the requirements of being waterproof and not easy to break.
5.1.2 The inner and outer seals of the packaging bag should be tied separately. 5.1.3 The net weight of each bag is 25kg, and the allowable error is ±5%. However, in each batch of products, 20 bags are randomly selected, and the average net weight should not be less than 25kg. 5.2 Marking
5.2.1 The words "Powdered Deblocking Agent SR301" should be printed in bold and eye-catching font on the top of the outer layer of the bag, and the manufacturer's name and factory batch number should be printed below.
5.2.2 The manufacturer's trademark and the net weight of each bag should be printed in the middle and lower middle of the outer bag.
5,3 Storage
Q00789
Should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid damage to the packaging bag. The storage period is one year. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used after inspection and the performance meets the requirements.
