This standard specifies the model compilation method for special electrician test instruments and equipment. This standard is applicable to special electrician test instruments and equipment that measure electrical quantities and other parameters using electronic and electrotechnical methods. 2 Reference Standards

4.2.1 The major category code and product name code are each represented by a Chinese phonetic letter, see Appendix A. 4.2.2 The design unit code is generally composed of the Chinese phonetic letters of the design unit name. The design unit code is applied by the design unit to the model management unit of electrician special test equipment and is issued uniformly by the management unit. 4.2.3 The design serial number is indicated in numerical order. If the redesign of the same product has obvious changes or improvements in appearance, structure, technical indicators, etc., the product can be marked with a new design serial number. The design serial number only indicates the design sequence of the product and does not reflect the level of the product. The change of the design serial number must be applied for like the model of the new product, and it will be effective after issuance. 4.2.4 The product identification number is used to distinguish between test systems, complete sets of equipment, combination units, accessories, spare parts and software, and is expressed in Chinese phonetic letters, see Table 1.

The combined unit model is subordinate to the host model. If the combined unit can be applied to several hosts, it shall be named after the model of the first host used or appropriately selected.
4.6 Composition of accessories, spare parts and software models The models of accessories, spare parts and software shall be subordinate to the host model. The specifications of accessories, spare parts and software can be composed of two Arabic numerals after the corresponding code. The specification code shall be compiled by the design unit. 4.7 Product model example
