Humid heat type products should be reduced by 5K on the basis of the corresponding standards, dry tropical type products should be reduced by 10K, and dry and wet heat type products should be reduced by 10K. . 5.2 The shell protection level of tropical transformer products should comply with the IP2X requirements in GB4208. 5.3 When the altitude of the installation location exceeds 1000m, the correction of the temperature rise service value should comply with the requirements of the corresponding transformer product standards. 5.4 The electrical insulation level of tropical transformer products should specifically comply with the relevant regulations of GB311.1~311.6. If the user has special requirements, both parties can negotiate.
5.5 The structural design, material selection and manufacturing process of tropical transformer products must meet the requirements of tropical climates. Humid-heat products must meet moisture-proof requirements, exposed insulating parts must meet mildew-proof requirements, and electroplated parts must meet salt-spray-proof requirements. According to the requirements, dry heat products must meet the requirements of sand and dust prevention.
5.6 General structural requirements for tropical transformer products 5.6.1 Oil protection measures for tropical oil-immersed transformer products can be equipped with an oil conservator or a fully sealed structure (nitrogen filled or not). When an oil conservator is used, it should be equipped with a moisture absorber using color-changing silica gel or other effective moisture absorbers. The end of the oil conservator should be equipped with a sprinkler level gauge, and the oil level lines corresponding to the oil temperatures of -5°C, +30°C and +50°C when the product is not put into operation should be marked.
The volume of the oil conservator or the upper space of the oil tank without oil conservator should ensure that when the ambient temperature is -5℃ and the product is not put into operation, the oil level should be displayed by the filling level gauge. When the ambient temperature is +50°C, the oil will not overflow when the product is fully loaded. 5.6.2 The lead bushings of tropical outdoor transformer products should be antifouling or reinforced. 5.6.3 The surface of metal painted parts of wet-heat transformer products should be smooth and have good moisture-proof performance, and the paint film should have good adhesion. Nameplates and signs should be painted evenly, with clear writing, strong and durable. 5.6.4 Tropical transformer products should have reliable grounding devices that can prevent loosening, and their connection surfaces should have a solid conductive anti-rust layer. 5.6.5 The protection levels of various operating mechanisms of tropical transformer products for outdoor use, Should comply with the requirements of IP5-4 in GB4208. 5.7 Selection of materials for tropical transformer products 5.7.1 The nameplate or label of tropical transformer products should comply with the requirements of Article 2.7 of JB8. The selection of materials should be in accordance with the requirements of Appendix "A* of JB8. When immersed in oil, it should Resistant to transformer oil. 5.7.2 When selecting metal materials and protective layers for wet-heat transformer products, the impact of contact corrosion of different metals should be considered, and the material selection principles and protection methods should comply with the provisions of JB4159 2
JB. /T8311991
5.7.3 For tropical oil-immersed transformer products, seals should be made of rubber that is resistant to transformer oil, high temperature, and resistant to sunlight during long-term operation
5.8 The technical performance of supporting components of tropical transformer products should not only comply with the technical standards of the corresponding transformer products, but also comply with the provisions of this standard
5.9 The damp heat test of moist heat transformer products shall be in accordance with GB2423.4. According to the regulations, after 12 cycles of damp heat tests, Yu-type transformers (oil-immersed transformers, do typical component tests) should meet the following requirements. 59.1 When performing alternating damp heat tests on moist heat type or dry and wet heat combined types, at the end During the testing phase, the insulation resistance, power frequency withstand voltage, and induction withstand voltage tests of the product should be conducted under the following different conditions: 5.9.1.1 For products used in places without air-conditioning facilities, the above tests should be conducted at low temperature and high humidity in the last cycle of the damp and heat test. After the stage is stable for 4 hours, it is carried out in the test chamber (room). If the test conditions are limited, the product can be moved outside the room (room), but the test time shall not exceed 30 minutes. 5.9.1.2 When used in places with air-conditioning facilities. For products, the above test can be tested after recovery under normal atmospheric conditions (recovery time is 6300kV, 1~2h for products A and below, 2~4h for products 8000kV·A and above). 5.9.1.3 Power frequency withstand voltage and induction resistance. For the voltage test, the applied voltage should be 85% of the standard value of the corresponding transformer product (due to test conditions, the induction withstand voltage test can be completed within 6 hours). 5.9.2 After the damp heat test, insulating parts and thermoplastic parts shall not have any defects. Defects such as deformation, cracks, and stickiness 5.9.3. After the damp heat test, the appearance and adhesion of electroplated parts, chemically treated parts and paint layers, and the appearance of plastic parts should meet the Level 2 requirements of the quality grading method specified in JB4159.
