Influence of power fluctuations
The paint mixer can work normally under the power supply voltage of 380V ± 5%, 50Hz. 3.8 Insulation resistance
The insulation resistance between the power plug and the housing should not be less than 20MQ.212
Top view of the bottom plate
Under the bottom plate
3.9 Dielectric strength
The power plug and the housing are subjected to 50Hz, 1000V AC voltage for 1min. There should be no breakdown and arcing in the dielectric strength test.
Transportation requirements
When transporting the paint mixer, it should meet the requirements of ZBY002. Test method||t t||4.1 Test conditions:
Ambient temperature: 0~40c;
Relative humidity: not more than 85%,
4.2 Appearance
Visual inspection, the product should meet the requirements of Article 3.2, HG/T2065-91
4.3 Time preset and time accuracy testbZxz.net
Preset the time of the paint mixer for 5min, and turn on the power of the electric stopwatch while the instrument is running. When the instrument stops, the value displayed by the electric stopwatch meets the requirements of Article 3.3.
4.4 Test of the number of reciprocating vibrations, moving distance and swing angle of the seat frame The seat frame is fixedly installed on the swing shaft, which is a rigid connection. The number of reciprocating vibrations of the seat frame. Moving distance. Swing angle is obtained by measuring the swing shaft.
4.4.1 Number of vibrations
Install the photoelectric signal conversion frame of the photoelectric counter on both sides of the swing shaft, and make the swing shaft block light once every time it moves. Preset the time of the paint mixer for 1 minute. Vibrate for 1 minute. At this time, the photoelectric counter displays the number of times the instrument vibrates for 1 minute, which should meet the requirements of Article 3.4.
4.4.2 Moving distance
. Use a depth vernier caliper to measure the maximum and minimum distances of the shaft end face from the end face of the machine base. Subtract the maximum value from the minimum value to get the moving distance of the swing shaft. The result should meet the requirements of Article 3.4. 4.4.3 Swinging angle of swing shaft
Install the hanging angle meter on the end face of the shaft, and make the origin of the hanging angle meter coincide with the axis center point, so that the shaft rotates. The swing angle of the hanging angle meter displayed by the hanging angle meter should meet the requirements of Article 3.4.
4.5 Seat
Inspect the seat frame with a vernier caliper according to the attached figure. The result should meet the requirements of Article 3.6. 4.6 Power supply fluctuation influence test
During the test, first increase the power supply voltage suddenly from 380V to 399V, then reduce it to 380V, and suddenly reduce it to 361V. The instrument should be able to work normally.
4.7 Insulation resistance test
Connect a megohmmeter with an accuracy of 1.0 level to both ends of the power plug and the casing, apply voltage, and after the megohmmeter reading is stable for 5s, the displayed value should meet the requirements of Article 3.8.
4.8 Dielectric strength test
Feed the test voltage between the power plug and the housing, gradually increase it to 1000V within 5~10s, and maintain it for 1min. The test results should meet the requirements of Article 3.9
4.9 Transportation test
The test conditions and methods shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of ZBY002.5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection and type inspection
5.1.1 Factory inspection
The instrument shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with Articles 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 of this standard before it can be shipped.
5.1.2 Type inspection
5.1.2.1 The quality inspection department of the manufacturer shall inspect and test the instrument in accordance with Articles 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10,
5.1.2.2 The instrument needs to be type-tested in the following cases: a.
When the trial production of the new design prototype is completed;
When the new product is identified;
When there are major changes in the design, process or components and materials used in the product; Normally produced products must be sampled once a year, and the number of sampled units shall not be less than 2; e.
HG/T2065—91
When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection. 5.2 Judgment rules
5.2.1 If there are unqualified items in the factory inspection instrument, it can be repaired once and re-inspected. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged as unqualified.
5.2.2 Type inspection is carried out on products that have passed the factory inspection. If one unit fails the random inspection, it can be repaired once. If two units fail to meet the same requirement, the batch of products is deemed to have failed the type inspection. 6 Marking, packaging and storage
The instrument should be fixed with a nameplate, on which the following should be noted: 6.1
Name of manufacturer;
Name and model;
Product number;
Date of manufacture;
Power supply voltage,
6.2 Packaging and storage:
The instrument should be packed in a plastic bag and fixed in a packing box, which should be tied with galvanized wire on the outside. The packing box should contain the following documents:
Product certificate;
Instruction manual;
Packing list,
The markings on the outside of the packing box should include "Handle with care", "Moisture-proof" and "Do not invert", etc. 6.2.31
6.2.4 Storage
The storage of the instrument should comply with the requirements of ZBYO.02. Additional Notes: This standard was proposed by China National Chemical Equipment Corporation and managed by the Chemical Industry Ministry's Chemical Industry Special Instrument Standardization Technical Management Unit. This standard was drafted by Guangxi Bozhou Chemical Instrument Factory. The main drafter of this standard was Mai Baoxin.
