This standard is based on JB/T9646-1999 "Control or Lighting Small Dry-Type Transformer Product Quality Classification" to revise JB/T56171-94 "Control or Lighting Small Dry-Type Transformer Product Quality Classification". The main technical differences between this standard and JB/T 56171-94 are as follows: 1 The structure and writing format of the standard are strictly modified in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1.1-1993. 2 The principles of quality classification are in accordance with the provisions of GIB/T12707, replacing JB/Z291. The referenced standards were confirmed according to the current standards, and the relevant contents were modified. 3

This standard specifies the principles for the classification of product quality grades, sampling, quality requirements, inspection and evaluation methods for small dry-type transformers for control or lighting.

5.1 Sampling of Finished Products

5.1.1 Sampling of finished products is carried out among the products already in stock in the manufacturer. When the batch is N16, no assessment is required. 5.1.2 Product sampling According to the provisions of GB/T2828 standard, a normal inspection once-through scheme is adopted.
