The hardness of the supporting shaft diameter is not less than 40HRC. When made of 45 steel, each cam and oil pump drive wheel is subjected to high-frequency crushing, the hardness depth is 2-6.mm1, the hardness is 56-64HRC, and the hardness of the intermediate supporting shaft neck and the supporting shaft collar at both ends is not less than 40IRC. When made of other grades of sawn wood, the heat treatment hardness of the spare parts should be the same as the above. 3.4 Geometric tolerances of camshafts 3.4.1 The axis line of the chain guide to the body (the part of the column connected by the busbar part) The nominal value is .tmm.3.4.7 The radial micro-motion tolerance of the cone at both ends (the mesh part connected by the drawing part) and the middle bearing journal to the axis of the bearing journal at both ends is 0.03mm8 cylinder and 8 red 1: the tolerance of the camshaft is 0.04mm. 3.4.3 The end face circular runout tolerance of the bearing journal shoulder plane to the axis of the bearing journal is 0.03mm, 3.4.4 The position tolerance zone of the angle between the chain symmetry plane and the design center line of the reference cam is ±1". 3.4.5 The phase angle tolerance zone between the standard cam and each cam is ±30 Approved by the Machinery Industry Bureau on September 17, 1999 Implemented on January 1, 2000 JB/T 9731,1-1999 3.4. The taper of the surface should be in contact with the large section, and the fitting surface should be more than 8%. 3.4.7 The cam lift is matched with the arc surface of the same diameter as the roller. The tolerance band of the cam lift in the rising section is +0.05mm, and the tolerance band of the residual lift is ±0.1mm 3.5 The surface roughness of the camshaft shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1031. 3.5.1 The maximum allowable value of the roughness R of the lower surface of the cam, the middle supporting journal, and the weak pulley of the oil pump is 0.80μm. 3.5.2 The maximum allowable value of the roughness R of the supporting journals at both ends and the surface (the part of the measuring column connected by Gu Du) is 1.60㎡. 3.5.3 The general allowable value of the roughness R of the remaining parts is 12.5M111. 3.6 The finishing of the camshaft shall be inspected by magnetic particle inspection and free of cracks. It shall be demagnetized after inspection. 3. The surface of the camshaft shall not have defects such as bumps, marks, burrs, spots, key corrosion, etc. 3. Under the condition that the user unit complies with the provisions of the use and maintenance manual compiled by the diesel engine manufacturer, if the axle is damaged due to poor manufacturing quality within [2 months] or less than 2000 working hours since leaving the factory, the manufacturer shall provide free compensation: 4 Inspection and testing 4.1 Each camshaft can only be shipped after being inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. 4.2 When the ordering unit randomly inspects the original camshafts, it shall follow the normal inspection sampling plan of GB 2828 and conduct a general inspection at level II. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 5.1 Each camshaft shall be marked with: wwW.bzxz.Net a) manufacturer's logo and trademark; b) part number, and the position, size and force of the marking shall comply with the requirements of the manufacturer's drawings. Care should be taken not to damage the parts. 5.2 Before packing, the concave wheel must be cleaned and the oil seal must be changed to other anti-corrosion parts, and then wrapped with strong and impermeable neutral film or drive material, and packed in a dry packaging box with waterproof paper, and it can be ensured that the parts will not be damaged during normal transportation. The total weight of the box should not exceed 50kg. If the ordering unit is interested, simple packaging can also be used. 53. A packing list shall be attached to the packing box. The packing list shall include the fuel injection system model, component name, part number and quantity. 5.4.
