When the reducer of the feeder is running empty, the temperature rise of the bearing surface is measured with a thermometer with an allowable difference of no more than +1%. 6.2 The sound intensity of the dryer is measured with a level meter, that is, the noise level of the test point is measured at a distance of 1m from the equipment surface and 1.5m from the ground around the prototype. The test is carried out according to the requirements of 8.2 in GRT376R-19%. 6.3 The hot air temperature of the film inlet of the dryer shall be measured with a digital display controller. 6.4 The drying intensity of the dryer shall be tested according to the method in Appendix A. 5. The dryer is within the range of use, and meets the requirements of other materials. The actual production conditions and requirements for material drying operations are tested by actual operation to check whether the dryer meets the user's requirements for the drying effect of the material and the difference (test technical agreement or contract evaluation): 6. The dryer reliability test is carried out in the test point established by the user, and the report is made. 7. Inspection rules
,! The dryer must be inspected and supervised by the manufacturer's product quality inspection department, and the product quality certificate must be attached before it can leave the factory. 7.1 The inspection of the dryer is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2.1 Factory specifications
7.2.1.1 Each dryer is subject to factory inspection, that is, an empty run test of no less than 2 hours, and an inspection of the requirements of 5.7.1-5,7.5.
7.2.1.2 If any item of the inspection items is unqualified, the product is unqualified. 7.2.1.3 When the product must be assembled on site due to objective reasons, the factory inspection items can be carried out at the installation and commissioning production site: the on-site commissioning report estimated by the commissioning personnel of the shipping factory and confirmed by the manufacturing unit product quality inspection department can be used as the basis for change: .2.2 Type inspection
7 When one of the following conditions is met, plastic inspection shall be carried out: product trial production or transfer! During production;
b) When the product is discontinued for 2 years before being re-produced;
) When normal production is stopped and one additional unit (referring to the same specification) is produced each time, the structure, material and technology of the product are different; e) When the quality supervision agency proposes a type test requirement 7.2.2.2 In addition to the factory inspection, the type test also includes the inspection of 5.8.1. 7.2.2.3 If the inspection of 5.8.1 cannot be carried out due to customer reasons, 5.8.2 can be used as an alternative inspection. 7.2.2.4 The prototype for type test is taken from the finished product of the manufacturing plant. Take one. If the materials and prototypes can be selected at any time through consultation by the relevant personnel during the inspection of 5.8.2, 7.2.2.5 Type inspection, see 5.7.1~5.7.5, if there is one item that fails in 5.8.1, double sampling will be conducted for that item. If there is still one that fails, it will not be accepted. JB/T10176-20H 7.3 Various measuring tools used in the inspection should have certificates. Those that need to be calibrated should have valid certificates. 5B Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1. Labels

Appendix A
【Appendix to the standard】
Dyeing flash dryer Drying strength test method The moisture content of the material is measured in an oven, and its temperature is not higher than 105°. The thickness is measured by a short-distance display instrument with an error of no more than 1°, and the wind speed is measured by a hot ball anemometer.
A2 Test conditions
: A2.1 The material is edible pressed rice flour with a moisture content of 55%±1% (wet condition) and a particle size of 0.1~03m. A2.2 The amount of test material input is sufficient to ensure that the holding system has sufficient discharge volume, and the discharge volume should be uniform and continuous. A2.3 The operating conditions of the dryer should meet the following requirements: a) Inlet hot air temperature: 120±5% b) Outlet hot air temperature: 70℃±5% e) Wind speed in the drying chamber: 3~3.4ms, A3 test step
From the time the dryer reaches the operating state specified in A2.3, the first sampling is started 30 minutes after the material is discharged from the outlet. Then, sample once every 5 minutes, and measure the sample 3 times within 10mm. Measure the moisture content of the sample and calculate the moisture content of the first outlet. The arithmetic average of the three samples (the moisture content of the material after drying: w:), and the weight of the material (finished product) within 10m is measured at the same time. A4 Drying strength
Hand drying formula (A1) calculation:
Formula: Drying strength, kg (mh);
Weight of the finished material dried within a specified time (on a random basis), kg: Moisture content of the material before drying (wet basis), %; - The average moisture content of the material after drying (wet basis) %: Mill volume, m
+ drying time,.
