In order to assess the quality of the seeds at sowing, this risk is minimized. The concept of seed quality is a combination of characteristics. These factors are important to all sectors of the seed industry, including producers, distributors, storage operators, operators, farmers, certification bodies, and government agencies or departments responsible for seed management. In all cases, the inspection team will do their utmost to determine the seed price, Seed products are life-threatening products, so their status cannot be accurately described like the inspection of inanimate or biological products: the methods adopted must be based on the knowledge of seed materials and the accumulated experience of seed inspectors. The new requirements for accuracy and reproducibility are determined by the current standards and methods stipulated in the test procedures and the international seed quality monitoring and evaluation. Therefore, high accuracy and reproducibility of the inspection methods must be required. Due to the lack of international pressure on seed products, it is possible that inspection laboratories in different countries may use very complicated standard methods according to the clinical situation. Therefore, consistent inspection results can be obtained within a certain range: this standard is divided into the meaning and appendix of the standard.
