This standard is a revision of QB/11902-1993 ordinary liquid crystal quartz watch standard. This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection and measurement, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of liquid crystal watches (hereinafter referred to as "flat watches").

3 Requirements
