This standard is a combination of the two standards SY5287.-91 "Technical Conditions for Sand Mixing" and SY5441—92 "Sand Mixing Vehicle Models and Basic Parameters". The main changes in this revision are as follows: This standard increases the series of sand mixing vehicles from 7 to 10; This standard revise the height of the sand mixing vehicle's sand hopper from the ground from the qualitative provision "should be convenient for the dumping of sand" to the quantitative provision "should not exceed 0.9m\
This standard adds the provisions for the approach angle, departure angle and minimum ground clearance of the sand mixing vehicle: This standard re-defines the model compilation rules of the sand mixing vehicle: This standard, in accordance with the national automobile industry policy, adds the automobile mandatory standard GB7258—1997 "Technical Conditions for Safe Operation of Motor Vehicles" that must be implemented by sand mixing vehicles in the referenced standards. This standard is based on (GR/T1.1-1993, GB /T1.3-1997. From the date of implementation, this standard will replace SY5287-91 and SY5441-92. This standard was proposed and planned by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Petroleum Drilling and Production Equipment and Industry. Drafting unit of this standard: Nanyang Shishan Machinery Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Yu Ping, Yin Yongjing, Hou Yande and Jin Hongbing. SY5287-91 was first published in July 1991, and SY5541-92 was first published in April 1992. This is the first revision.

This standard specifies the type and basic parameters of the sand mixing truck, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage: This standard is applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of vehicle-mounted sand mixing trucks for gas lift fracturing operations. The sand mixing equipment can refer to this standard.

3.1 Type
3.1.1 According to the sand conveying type, it is divided into:
a) spiral sand conveying;
b) pneumatic sand conveying.
3.1.2 According to the sand mixing type, it is divided into:
a) mechanical stirring type;
b) hydraulic plus mechanical stirring type
3.1.3 According to the additive device, it is divided into:
a) three wet and one dry;
b) two wet and one thousand;

3.3 Basic parameters
The basic parameters of the sand mixer chassis should meet the requirements of relevant automobile standards. The basic parameters of special devices are shown in Table 1. 2

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements

Basic parameters of special equipment

Raw materials, purchased parts and standard parts shall comply with the relevant national standards and industry standards and have quality certificates. The steel castings, gray iron castings, forgings and welded parts used shall comply with the provisions of SY5301, SY5302, SY5304 and SY5305 respectively; the painting of machined parts, assemblies and special equipment on the vehicle shall comply with the provisions of SY5306, SY5307, SY5308 and other standards respectively. 4.2 System and component requirements
4.2.1 The pneumatic system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T7932. 4.2.2 The hydraulic system shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3766 unless otherwise specified. The manifold shall comply with relevant standards and design requirements. 4.2.3
4.2.4 Each gear transmission device shall undergo a running-in test. The involute cylindrical gear shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10095. The accuracy of the bevel gear shall comply with the provisions of GB/T11365. The gear accuracy grade shall not be lower than grade 8. 4.2.5 The transmission system shall have reliable connection, stable operation and no noise. The noise measured after the transmission box is assembled and run-in shall not exceed 80dB (A). 4.2.6 The temperature rise of the transmission box oil pool should not exceed 35C: the maximum temperature of the oil pool should not exceed 75℃, the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 40℃; the maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 80℃. There should be no oil leakage at the transmission box seal. 4.2.7 The transmission box should be clean, and its cleanliness and impurity content should not be greater than 500mg. 4.2.8 The height of the sand hopper of the sand mixer should not exceed 0.9m from the ground. The impeller and shaft of the sand mixer pump should be subjected to static balance test after assembly, and the static balance accuracy should meet the requirements of 4.2.9
G6.3 level in Appendix B of GB/T3215-1982.
4.3 Performance requirements of sand mixer
4.3.1 After various tests, the transmission system, sand mixing system and pipeline system of the sand mixer should work normally and stably, and the fasteners should be firmly connected without leakage.
4.3.2 The sand mixer shall meet the basic parameter requirements specified in Table 1 after the rated load test (including rated sand delivery volume, rated sand-liquid displacement, rated discharge pressure, and different sand-liquid ratios), and the trouble-free working time shall not be less than 8 hours. 4.3.3 The additive device shall have a total amount and displacement control and display device. 4.3.4 The trouble-free working time of the sand pump of the sand mixer shall not be less than 180 hours. 4.3.5 The sand mixer operation control system and device (key parts) shall be flexible, safe and reliable. 4.4 Vehicle requirements
4.4.1 The overall dimensions of the vehicle shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 in CGB7258-1997. 4.4.2
The vehicle mass and the front and rear axle loads shall meet the design requirements. SY/T 5287—2000
4.4.3 The approach angle should not be less than 23″, the departure angle should not be less than 20°, and the minimum ground clearance of the sand mixer with a loading mass of more than 10t (including 10t) should not be less than 290mm
4.4.4 The installation of the electrical, gas and hydraulic circuits of the whole vehicle and the parts related to the sand mixer should comply with the provisions of 3.2 of SY/T5534-92. 4.4.5 The safe driving performance of the whole vehicle should comply with the provisions of GB7258. 5 Test methodWww.bzxZ.net
5.」Transmission system no-load test
Drive the chassis engine, and the car gearbox is hung one by one from low to high. Each gear should run for not less than 10 minutes. The following contents of the test inspection should be derived from the relevant provisions of 4.2 and 4,3. a) Fasteners at all joints;

d) Sand conveyor, mixing pump, agitator, etc. 5.2 Pneumatic system sealing test
When the air circuit pressure is 0.8MPa, all parts of the pipeline system should be sealed. After stopping the air supply, the system pressure drop should not be greater than 20kPa within 10rmin.
5.3 Hydraulic system sealing test
Start the oil pump and conduct a tight test on all hydraulic pipelines at 1.25 times the rated pressure. After reaching the test pressure, stabilize the pressure for 5min. There should be no leakage in all parts of the hydraulic system.
5.4 Clean water circulation test
By opening and closing the valve, the sand mixing tank is filled with clean water, and the sand pump is operated at medium speed for clean water circulation. The test should not exceed 1h. At the same time, it should be ensured that there is no leakage in the pipeline part and the sand pump is operated continuously. Steady and reliable: 5.5 The rated load continuous operation test of the yarn mixing machine uses clean water and sand as the test media, and continuously operates according to the rated sand displacement, rated working pressure and different sand-to-liquid ratios. From time to time, special instruments such as flow meter, sand ratio meter, pressure gauge and multi-point thermometer are used to detect various parameters and make records. The total time shall not be less than 8h. ) Each operating mechanism and release device shall meet the requirements of 4.3.5: h) The temperature rise shall meet the requirements of 4.2.6;

1) Whether the basic parameters meet the specified requirements; e) Whether the parts and appearance are damaged.
5.6 Cleanliness inspection
After the load test, drain the lubricating oil in the transmission box, add kerosene that is no less than 50% of the volume of lubricating oil into the transmission box, clean the inner cavity and all parts, and the copper wire mesh used for filtering should comply with the provisions of GF2N0.08/0.056 (plain weave) in GH/I5330-1985. 200: for 0.5h. Then weigh its mass, and its value should meet the requirements of 4.2.7: 5.7 Test of trouble-free operation period of sand mixer
The test medium is clean water and sand, and it is continuously operated according to the rated displacement and rated pressure of sand and liquid and different sand and liquid ratios. Use special instruments to detect the values of various parameters and make good test records. The running time distribution of different sand-liquid ratios during the trouble-free operation of the sand mixer is shown in Table 3. According to the amount of chemical additives added, the order of addition and the I. technical regulations, check whether the additive device is running stably, whether there are any faults, and whether it meets the design requirements during the sand mixing performance test. 5.9 Sand mixing performance test (using industrial test) Sand mixing performance test includes the following contents:
a) Rated sand delivery volume;
b) Dry powder and chemical additive injection and control ratio performance e) Rated sand-liquid ratio and adjustment and control of sand-liquid ratio. Check whether the above tests meet the design requirements of product performance parameters. 5.10 Vehicle road test
5.10.1 The vehicle shall be tested for a 1000km one-way trip. The test method shall comply with the provisions of QC/T252: 5.10.2 Each vehicle shall be tested for 30km before departure: The road surface shall be selected on a highway road surface, the total mileage shall not be less than 30km, and the parking inspection shall not be less than 3 times on the way. The test inspection contents are as follows: a) Whether the connecting parts are loose or deformed; b) Whether the transmission system and travel system work normally; d) Whether the sealing condition is good; e) Whether the temperature rise is within the specified range; 5.11 Determination of quality parameters
The quality parameter determination method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12674. 5.12 Industrial test
Industrial test should be carried out according to the design requirements. The test should not be less than 5 times and the test records should be kept. 6 Inspection rules

6.2.1 Type Inspection

7.1.1A permanent trademark or factory logo shall be installed on a visible part of the front of the vehicle body: A logo that can identify the type of sand mixer shall be installed on a visible part of the vehicle body.
7.1.2 The product label that can be permanently installed according to the regulations shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The product label shall include the following contents:
a) Product name and model;
b) Total weight;
|) Chassis vehicle engine power:
d) Rated sand delivery volume;
c) Rated sand-liquid displacement;
Rated discharge pressure of sand pump;
g) Maximum sand-liquid ratio (volume ratio) rating;
h) Manufacturer's name and address;
i) Product number;
j) Vehicle identification number (VIN);
k) Ex-factory date.
7.2 Transportation
Sand mixing trucks are shipped in bare packaging.
7.3 Documents accompanying the vehicle
a) Product manual;
b) Product inspection certificate;
c) Delivery list, spare parts list, packing list; d) Daily record and drawings of wearing parts;
e) Technical documents brought by the chassis when it leaves the factory.

7.5 Storage
