3 Designation and code
3.1 Designation method
The designation of die casting aluminium alloys is composed of the chemical symbols of aluminium and the main alloying elements. The main alloying elements are followed by a number indicating their nominal percentage content (the nominal percentage content is the rounded value of the average percentage content of the element). The letters "YZ" are placed in front of the alloy ("Y" and "Z" are the first letters of the Chinese pinyin for "压" and "CASTING" respectively) to indicate a die-cast alloy.
3.2 Method of expressing the code
"YL" and the numbers following it represent the code of the alloy ("Y" and "L" are the first letters of the Chinese pinyin for "压" and "敖" respectively). 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the die-cast aluminum alloy shall comply with the provisions in the table 4.2 The mechanical properties of the die-cast aluminum alloy are the cast properties measured by a single-cast tensile test specimen under the specified process parameters. The size and shape of the test specimen shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13822. 5 Inspection methods
5.1 Chemical composition
5.1.1 The inspection of chemical composition shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6987.1~6987.16. Under the condition of ensuring the accuracy of analysis, other methods are allowed to be used, and the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions in the table. 5.1.2 The frequency of chemical composition inspection is to take one group of samples for each furnace. If there are special requirements, it shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5.1.3 If the chemical composition fails the first inspection, re-sampling is allowed. If it still fails, the alloy of the furnace is unqualified. 5.2 Mechanical propertieswww.bzxz.net
5.2.1 The tensile test method shall comply with the provisions of GB228. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on July 20, 1994 112

5.2.4, three specimens per group, if two of the three specimens tested are unqualified, the alloy of the furnace is unqualified, but it is allowed to use the added specimens for a second test. If two of the second tests are unqualified, but the total average value is qualified, the alloy of the furnace is considered qualified. If there are more than two unqualified specimens, the alloy of the furnace is considered unqualified. 1
