1 Subject content and scope of application
JB/T7124-1993
This standard specifies the types, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, and protection of medium-corrosion-resistant and strong-corrosion-resistant three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) The requirements for the service life. This standard applies to motors used in indoor corrosive environments. Motors are divided into indoor medium corrosion protection type (Y-F1) and indoor strong corrosion protection type (Y-F2) according to the severity of the chemical media in the use environment that they can withstand. If the environmental corrosion protection requirements are higher than those specified in this standard, the manufacturer and the user shall negotiate.

The motor shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. Under the following environmental conditions, the motor shall be able to operate normally at rated speed. 4.2.1
Altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
But the maximum shall not exceed 40℃ and the minimum shall not be less than -5℃. The ambient air temperature varies with the seasons.
If the motor is specified to be used at an altitude exceeding 1000m or the ambient temperature is higher or lower than 40℃, it shall comply with the provisions of GB755.
The maximum relative humidity of the ambient air is 95%, and the maximum absolute humidity is 29g/m2.
The ambient air movement speed in the environment shall not exceed 10m/s. There are icing, frost and condensation conditions in the use environment. There are splashing water conditions in the use environment.
There are rodents and other animals that endanger the product in the use environment (except termites). The environmental conditions of chemically active substances and mechanically active substances in the use environment are 3C3 and
3S3 for the medium corrosion protection type Y-F1, and 3C4 and 3S4 for the strong corrosion protection type Y-F2. The environmental parameters of each level are as specified in Table 13 and Table 14. The chemical and mechanically active substances (including gas, mist, sand, and dust) listed in the table refer to one or more of them that exist regularly or irregularly. In the environmental condition level code, the letter \C\ represents the chemically active substance condition, "S" represents the mechanically active substance condition, the number "3\" before the letter represents the climate protection place, and the numbers "3\ and \4\" after the letter represent the severity level of the environmental conditions, which increase in numbers. 9

In the ambient air, there is one or more chemically corrosive gases, and their concentration values conform to the values in the table, that is, the maximum value of this level is the limit value or peak value that does not exceed 30 minutes per day. The average value is the average of the long-term values,
converted into the value of nitrogen dioxide.
During the operation of the motor, the deviation of the power supply voltage and frequency from the rated values shall comply with the provisions of GB755, 4.3
and the guaranteed values of its efficiency and power factor shall conform to the provisions of Table 15. When the voltage and frequency are rated,
