Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Tractor flywheel and clutch overspeed test method 1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the tractor flywheel and clutch overspeed test method. JB/T 5184---91
This standard is suitable for tractors, agricultural transport vehicles, automobiles, and construction machinery. Generator sets, etc. can also be used as a reference. 2 Test samples
Flywheels (with ring gears) and clutches for overspeed testing should be arbitrarily selected from the parts that have passed the inspection, and the test samples should be no less than two pieces 3 Test equipment
3.1 Overspeed test The room consists of a test room, a power room and a control room. In order to ensure personal safety, the test room (including the cover door) should be designed and constructed firmly. All parts of the transmission connection between the power room and the test room must have protective devices. There should be solid isolation devices between the control room, the test room and the power room. .
3.2 The measuring device for test rotation speed should display digitally + the changes in rotation speed during the test should be continuously recorded. 3.3 For different flywheels, one-time-use connectors are designed and manufactured to make the connection to the flywheel consistent with the connection between the flywheel and the matching engine.
4 Test procedures and methods
4.1 Before the test, the hardness should be measured at the key parts of the test piece, and at the same time, use a 5x magnifying glass to observe whether there are cracks and defects on the surface of the test piece, and make a record; check The value of the balance of the product being tested should comply with the requirements of the product drawings and relevant technical documents. 4.2 After cleaning the test piece and connecting parts, install them on the transmission shaft of the test bench to check and record the coaxiality of the test piece, connecting parts and transmission shaft.
4.3 Start the power machine to reach the calibrated speed of the engine matched to the test piece. After running at this speed for 10 minutes, the speed increases rapidly. At the same time, pay attention to the digital display tachometer until the test piece ruptures, or to 2 or 5 times the rated engine speed. The rotational speed at the time of rupture is the corresponding value of the recorded test rotational speed sudden increase point. 4.4 After the overspeed test is completed and the drive shaft of the test bench stops running, the protective cover can be opened and the test results can be observed in the test room. 4.5 If necessary, physical and chemical analysis and material strength measurement of the test piece can be carried out after the test and recorded. 5 Test results and evaluation

If K ≥ 2.5 of the two test pieces, it means the safety performance of the test piece is good. If one or two test pieces have K ≤ 2.5, it means that the safety performance of the test piece is poor and measures should be taken to strengthen it. Additional notes:
This standard is proposed and managed by the Mechanical and Electronics Industry Bureau Yang Tractor Research Institute. This standard is drafted by Tianjin Power Machinery Factory and Luoyang Tractor Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Zhao Erzhen, Li Lichun and Song Jiying. 61
