According to the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's Construction Standard [2002] No. 59 document, the China Academy of Building Research, together with relevant research and testing units, jointly compiled the "Technical Standard for Building Structure Testing" GB/T50344.
During the compilation process, the compilation team carried out special research, experimental research and extensive investigation and research, summarized the experience and lessons of my country's building structure testing work, referred to and adopted the advanced experience of international building structure testing, and widely solicited opinions from relevant design, scientific research, teaching, construction and other units across the country. After repeated discussions, revisions and enrichments, it was finally finalized after review. In terms of building structure engineering quality testing, this standard is consistent with the newly revised It is coordinated with the "Uniform Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" GB50300 and related structural engineering construction quality acceptance specifications: In terms of the inspection of existing building structures, it is coordinated with relevant reliability appraisal standards. This standard has 8 chapters and 9 appendices, which stipulate the situations corresponding to the inspection of building structure engineering quality and building structure performance, the basic procedures and requirements for building structure inspection, the inspection items and methods used for building structures, and proposes sampling plans suitable for building structure inspection items and evaluation criteria for sampling inspection results. At the same time, this standard proposes requirements for normal inspection and routine inspection of existing buildings. This standard may need to be partially revised in the future.
