The original standard GB/T2924-1982 did not indicate the adopted standard and the degree of adoption. This standard is a revised version of GB/T2914-19992 Determination of volatile matter (including water) of ethylene glycol homopolymer and copolymer resins. Compared with the previous version, the following differences are made: (1) Changes to the standard name. |tt||(2) This standard uses 8×3ml glass aluminum or stainless steel sample bottles, and the previous version uses glass 0mm×35m sample bottles. (3) The format is written in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1.11993. This standard replaces GB/T2914-1982 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Plastics (TC15/SC7). The drafting units of this standard are: Xinsi Chemical Research Institute, Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd., and Shenyang Chemical Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are Du Fengmei, Lao Huiquan, Zheng Ce, Bo Guarong, and Yan Zhou. This standard was drafted on March 2, 2012 First published, GB/T2914—1999 ISO Foreword ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a joint organization of various standards associations (ISOs) to formulate international standards. The work of formulating international standards is carried out by ISO technical committees. Any member organization that has established a technical committee has the right to send representatives to participate in the technical committee: governments or non-governmental organizations can also participate in this work after contacting ISO. The technical committee submits the draft international standard, which is voted by the member bodies before being approved as an international standard by the 5) Council. International Standard 1501269 was prepared by the 150/rC:61 Technical Committee: The second version was directly proposed by the International Standards Committee, according to Part 1, etc. 5.10.1 to guide the formulation of international standards. Take it out and cool it in a desiccator until solid. Then weigh it as accurately as possible to 0.3006g. 4.2 Place about 3g of the resin on the bottom of the weighing bottle, cover it, and weigh it to 0.005g. 4.3 Place the weighing bottle with the resin in a 110°C oven, remove the cover and place it in the oven. Close the door and start timing. Take it out after 1 hour, put it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature, weigh it accurately to 0.005g, and then heat it for 0.5h. Perform the same method as above and keep it constant until the difference between the two consecutive measurements is no more than 0.000g (it must be covered during the transfer and weighing process). The mass of the residue is calculated from this. Note: In special cases, the test temperature can be set at 105°C:=2°C, and 4.4 is measured twice under the same conditions. If the absolute value of the mass percentage measured in these two times differs by less than 0.10, they are calculated separately. Otherwise, the measurement is repeated until this requirement is met: If each of the two values of the mass percentage measured is less than 0.30, no matter how much they differ, there is no need to re-determine. 5 Results For each test, the following formula is used to calculate the mass percentage of the selected material (including the resin): 1×100 w() National Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau 19990916 batch oil (1) 2000-06-07 implementation In the formula, m: the mass before heating, 8F the mass of the resin after heating. C/T2914—1999 The average value of the two measured values is reported as the result, rounded to two decimal places. Note 1 According to the requirements, for example, for a certain resin, one decimal place can be retained in the result. For the re-test of two different test items, the total measurement value is D. 1%. 6 Test report Should include the following contents: ) Explanation of the use of this standard: b) Completeness mark of the test product! c) If the test is carried out at 105℃, the reason must be stated: d) Report Chapter 5 Expression of results e) Any conditions that may affect the test results.
