1.0.1 This regulation clarifies the conditional relationship between the automatic control profession and the process and system profession in the design work. This conditional relationship is basic and important for the automatic control profession. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to various design conditions accepted and proposed by the automatic control profession in engineering design, process profession and system profession.

2 Relationship between the design conditions of the automatic control profession and the process profession The design conditions accepted by the automatic control profession shall include the following: process flow diagram (PFD), process specification and physical property parameter table: material balance table;
process data table (including containers, towers, heat exchangers, industrial furnaces and special equipment) and equipment diagram; main control system and special detection requirements (including interlocking conditions) and condition table; safety memorandum:
recommended equipment layout diagram.
The conditions proposed by the automatic control specialty shall include the following: Process control flow chart (PCD):
Interlocking system logic block diagram (when necessary); Program control system logic block diagram or time (sequence) table (when necessary). Standard technical network: .bat0.con3.0.1
3 Relationship between the design conditions of the automatic control specialty and the system specialty The conditions accepted by the automatic control specialty shall include the following: Pipeline instrument flow chart (P&ID) and pipeline naming table of each version; Summary table of heat exchangers, containers (towers), industrial furnaces and special equipment connection: Control valve, flow meter, safety valve and pressure relief valve [Note] data table; Boundary condition table;
System specialty's description of the special requirements for the measurement and control system of the public works in the device; Noise control design regulations proposed by the system specialty (when necessary). [Note]: When it is stipulated that the safety valve and pressure relief valve are the responsibility of the automatic control specialty. The conditions proposed by the automatic control major should include the following: process control flow chart (PCD); instrument data sheet of control valves and flow meters: interface conditions of instruments on various equipment: complete various versions of pipeline instrument flow charts (P&ID) in cooperation with system professionals: design requirements for random instruments of complete sets (matching) equipment or devices.
