Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JB/T6000—92 Agricultural and forestry tractors adaptability to slope work Static test method Published on May 28, 1992 Implementation by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on January 1, 1993 Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Agricultural and forestry tractors adaptability to slope work Static test method Subject content and scope of applicationbZxz.net JB/T6000---92 This standard specifies the static test method for the ability of the engine of an agricultural and forestry tractor to maintain positive working capacity on a slope. This standard is applicable to agricultural and forestry wheeled and crawler tractors. 2 Test instruments and equipment and parameter measurement accuracy 2.1 Test instruments and equipment include: a variable slope test bench that can support and fix the tractor, a scale, a turntable, a timer, a thermometer, a type meter and a barometer, etc. 2.2 Parameter measurement accuracy requirements: demand 0.5%, transfer 19. Temperature 2°C, atmospheric pressure 20.2kPa, oil pressure ±10kPa, tire pressure ±5%, slope angle ±0.53 Test conditions 3.1 The tested tractor should be clutched according to the instructions. Before the test, the tractor parts should be checked according to the instructions. The tire pressure reaches the specified value. The specifications of lubricating oil, coolant, fuel and other working fluids should meet the requirements and be filled to the specified value: the engine oil pan should be filled to the median value of the allowable liquid level. 3.2 The ambient temperature of the test site is 23±7°C. 3.3 Parameter measurement location: Oil temperature: measured at the drain plug of the oil pan: a. Oil pressure: measured at the main oil channel inlet: b. Coolant temperature: measured at the engine coolant outlet: c. d. Cylinder head temperature (air-cooled engine): The measurement location shall be as specified by the manufacturer. 4 Test method 4.1 The tractor is placed on the test bench with a specified slope angle, with the front end of its longitudinal symmetry axis facing uphill and downhill (collar), between the right and left (horizontal debt), and the above four placement directions should be tested separately. During the test, the gear is put in neutral, the brake is applied, and the tractor is reliably fixed to prevent slipping and overturning. 4.2 Start the engine for preheating operation, and start the formal test when the coolant and engine oil reach the normal operating temperature. For each slope angle, measure the engine coolant temperature (actual cylinder humidity for air-cooled engines), engine oil temperature and pressure that have reached stability at the calibrated speed under no-load conditions. Record abnormal noises, coolant and engine leakage, and special records of accessories performed according to test requirements. 4.3 Increase the slope angle and continue the test. When the coolant temperature and engine oil temperature during the test are higher than the allowable operating limit in the instruction manual, or the engine oil pressure is unstable or drops below the specified lower limit, the test should be terminated. The maximum slope angle where the above conditions do not occur is the maximum allowable operating slope angle. 5 Test results and report After arranging the test results, write a test report according to the following content.
