1 Scope
GB/T 40055 specifies the appearance and pattern, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking, packing documents, transportation and storage of the flag of the Communist Youth League of China (hereinafter referred to as the flag)
. GB/T 40055 is applicable to flags made of chemical fiber fabrics and silk. Flags made of paper, metal, plastic and other materials can refer to this document.

4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance of the League Flag
4.1.1 Appearance requirements of the League Flag.
Appearance requirements of the League Flag Under bright natural light, the flag must be judged visually at a distance of 1000mm~1200mm from the flag surface; when using light inspection, a D65 light source must be used, and the illumination must not be less than 750lx, and it must meet the requirements of Table 1 and Appendix A.
This document specifies the appearance and pattern, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking, packing documents, transportation, and storage of the flag of the Communist Youth League of China. This document is applicable to the League Flag made of chemical fiber fabrics and silk. The League Flag made of paper, metal, plastic and other materials can refer to this document.

4.1 Appearance of the league flag
4.1.1 Requirements for the appearance of the league flag.
The appearance of the League flag requires visual inspection at a distance of 1000mm~1200mm from the flag under bright natural light; when using lighting inspection, D65 light source is required, and the illumination is not less than 7501x, and it meets the requirements of Table 1 and Appendix A. -rKaeerkca-

The pattern of the League flag is shown in Figure 1. Table 1 Appearance requirements
The flag should not have white reversal, light and dark reversal, or fabric defects that affect the appearance. There should be no stains, overlapping colors, or color stains. The stripes should not have stains or color stains: the five-pointed drought and the yellow circle should have clear outlines. When evaluated according to GB/T250, the color difference should not be less than level 3. Figure 1

4.2.2 The center of the five-star circular pattern on the League flag is located at the center of the upper left quarter of the flag. The size of the League flag is shown in Figure 24

When making a non-standard size League flag due to special needs, the color and color difference of the League flag can be enlarged or reduced in proportion to the standard size
Color of the League flag
The red color of the League flag made of chemical fiber fabrics and mulberry silk fabrics should meet the requirements of the standard sample of the color of the League flag made of chemical fiber fabrics and mulberry silk fabrics in GB12983 or GB/T40056. The color of the League flag made of cotton, wool, and linen fabrics should meet the requirements of the color of the League flag made of cotton cloth in GB12983 or GB/T40056. 4.3.2 Color of the five-star League flag
The yellow color of the League flag made of chemical fiber fabrics and mulberry silk fabrics should meet the requirements of the standard sample of the color of the League flag made of chemical fiber fabrics and mulberry silk fabrics in GB12983 or GB/T40056. The color of the League flag made of cotton, wool or linen fabrics shall comply with the color requirements for League flags made of cotton cloth specified in GB12983 or GB/T40056. 4.3.3 White flagpole cover The white flagpole cover specified in GB12983 or GB/T40056 shall prevail. 4.4 Color fastness of the League flag
The color fastness of the League flag conforms to the requirements of Table 3.

5 Test methods
5.1 Size measurement

The size of the standard League flag should be measured using a steel ruler with a graduation value of 1.0mm and a measuring range that exceeds the maximum flag length and has passed the inspection.
5.2 Determination of color
The color difference assessment method for the red color of the League flag, the yellow color of the five-star flag, and the white color of the flagpole cover shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB12983 or GB/T40056. 5.3 Test method for color fastness of the League flag
5.3.1 The light fastness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Method 3 of GB/T8427-2019. 5.3.2 The air fastness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8430. 5.3.3 The soap washing fastness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Test Method A (1) in GB/T3921-2008. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Factory inspection
The League flag products shall be subject to factory inspection when leaving the factory. Factory inspection includes the contents in Chapter 4, 5.1 and 5.2. When all the inspection items are qualified, the product is considered qualified, otherwise it is considered unqualified. 6.1.2 Type inspection
When the material or production process changes; when a major quality accident occurs, a type inspection can be carried out. In normal production, a 4

type inspection is carried out once a year. When all the quality requirements specified in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 are qualified, the type inspection is judged to be qualified. 6.2 Sampling rules
Sampling plan
The sample size (n) of each batch of products is determined according to the batch size (N) of each batch of products. The sampling plan for the appearance quality of the group flag is shown in Table 4. Table 4 Sampling plan for appearance quality

Note: Batch V is the number of products in a batch: Sample size is the sampling sample size of two batches of products: Acceptance number A is the maximum number of unqualified samples allowed in the acceptance batch samples: Rejection number Re is the minimum number of unqualified samples allowed in the rejected batch samples 6.2.2 The sample size of the internal quality sampling of the group flag shall meet the test requirements, and one share shall not be less than 3 pieces. 6.3 Appearance Quality Determination
Evaluate the appearance quality of each sample of the batch according to the appearance quality requirements of Figure 1, Figure 2 and Table 1, Table 2. If the single sample meets the requirements of 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3, the appearance quality of the single sample is qualified. Otherwise, the single sample is a defective product. If the appearance quality of all samples is qualified or the number of unqualified samples does not exceed the acceptance number Ac in Table 4, the appearance quality of the sampled batch of products is qualified. If the number of unqualified samples reaches the rejection number Rc in Table 4, the appearance quality of the sampled batch of products is unqualified. 6.4 Determination of Intrinsic Quality
Evaluate the samples according to the items listed in 4.4. If the measurement items of the sampled samples meet the requirements of Table 3, the intrinsic quality of the sampled batch of products is qualified. If one or more items do not meet the requirements of Table 3, the intrinsic quality of the sampled batch of products is unqualified. 6.5 Result Determination
If both 6.3 and 6.1 are judged to be qualified, the batch of products is qualified. If one of 6.3 and 6.1 is unqualified or both are unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified.
6.6 Handling of unqualified products
After the unqualified products are removed from the unqualified batch, they shall be resubmitted for inspection. The inspection content includes the contents in 4.1~~4.4. 7 Packaging and marking, packing documents, transportation, purchase and storage 7.1 Packaging and marking
Each dough flag shall be packed separately, and the packaging shall prevent the group flag from being damaged and facilitate transportation and storage. The outside of the outer packaging shall indicate the product name, specification, material, packaging size, quality, manufacturer name and address, product number and production date, effective use period, trademark and number of national standards implemented, and transportation mark.
Packaging documents
The outer packaging shall be accompanied by the necessary accessories for installation, installation and storage instructions and inspection certificate. The inspection certificate should indicate the specifications, materials, product number, production date, validity period, name and address of the manufacturer, and name (or code) of the flag. 3 Transportation
Pay attention to the outer packaging of batch flags so that the quality of the finished product is not damaged and it is convenient for transportation. The outer packaging should indicate: product name, specifications, materials, quantity, name and address of the manufacturer, trademark, external dimensions, and transportation mark. Purchase and storage
Should be kept away from light and moisture.

Method for making the flag of the Communist Youth League of China
A.1 The flag is rectangular with a length-to-width ratio of 3:2. GB/T40055—2021
A.2 The British-colored five-pointed star worn by the British circle is embellished on the upper left of the flag. When making the flag, first divide the flag face into 4 equal rectangles, divide the upper left (its reverse side is the right) corner rectangle into 12 equal parts, then use the center point of the corner rectangle as the center of the circle, and draw two circles with the lengths of the 3rd and 4th parts as the radius. The yellow circle is between the two circles. Then set 5 equally spaced points on the inner circumference, one of which is located directly above the circumference: connect two of the 5 points separated by straight lines, and the outer contours of these 5 straight lines are the outer edge of the yellow five-pointed star. 4.3 The color of the regiment flag is the national flag red, and it can be made according to standards using cloth, silk, satin and other materials. The five-star yellow of the regiment flag adopts the same yellow color as the five-star yellow of the national flag.
