Revision Notes
This standard is based on the requirements of the former State Construction Commission (79) Jianfa Shi Zi No. 168 and the former Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction (85) Chengke Zi No. 293. The China Academy of Building Research, together with Beijing Construction Engineering Corporation, Beijing Housing Construction Corporation, Shaanxi Construction Engineering Corporation, Shanxi Construction Engineering Corporation, Harbin Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Jiangsu Construction Engineering Corporation, Shanghai Basic Engineering Corporation, Hubei Construction Engineering Corporation, Sichuan Construction Engineering Corporation and Liaoning Provincial Construction Department Building Standardization Office, formed a revision group to revise the "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction Installation Engineering Quality" (Construction Engineering) (TJ301-74). After the revision, it is named "Standard for Inspection and Assessment of Construction Engineering Quality".
During the revision process of this standard, an extensive investigation was conducted on the implementation of the original standard and opinions from all sides were comprehensively analyzed. Some provisions of the original standard have been retained, some clauses have been revised, and new content has been added. For the basic items for evaluating the quality of sub-projects, specific quantitative indicators are proposed as much as possible to clearly divide the "qualified" and "excellent" grades, highlighting its position in the inspection and evaluation of the quality of sub-projects. This standard is divided into 12 chapters, 59 sections and two appendices. The main contents include the main sub-projects contained in the six sub-projects, namely foundation and foundation, main body, floor, doors and windows, decoration and roof. The inspection and evaluation items, inspection quantity and inspection methods of each sub-project are stipulated. During the revision process, opinions from various regions and relevant departments were sought many times, and trials were carried out in some regions. Finally, it was reviewed and finalized by the National Review Conference.
When implementing this standard, please send your opinions and relevant materials to the China Academy of Building Research for reference in future revisions.
