Some standard content:
GB/T17448-1998 A bulk bag is a transport packaging container that can usually hold more than 1t of bulk solid particles or powdered objects. It has sufficient strength and is suitable for lifting and transportation. Studying the series of standards for bulk bag transport packaging dimensions and mastering the full size of bulk bag transport packaging can make more reasonable use of the effective space of transportation tools. This standard is based on road, rail and water transportation, and is based on the minimum internal dimensions of 6m (20°) and 12m (40°) international standard general containers and the dimensions of typical road and rail truck compartments. This standard can be used in conjunction with GB/T10454 "Flexible Bulk Bags". Appendix A of this standard is a prompt appendix. This standard was proposed by China Packaging Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are: Standard Metrology Institute of the Ministry of Transport, Standard Metrology Institute of the Ministry of Railways, and National Building Materials Bureau. The main drafters of this standard are: Wang Wei, Xiong Caiqi, Zhang Jin, and Xing Haitao. 50 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Dimensions of flexible freight containertransport packages Packaging--Dimensions of flexible freight containertransport packages This standard specifies the full plane dimension series of square and round container transport packages. GB/T1413-1998 Series 1 Classification, dimensions and rated mass of containers GB/T10454—1989 Flexible bulk bags GB/T16471-1996 Dimension limits of transport packages 3 Principles Based on the minimum internal dimensions of 6m (20) and 12m (40) international standard general containers specified in GB/T1413 and the dimensions of typical road and railway truck compartments specified in GB/T16471, the full plane dimensions of bulk bag transport packages are calculated and specified by the arrangement method. Square and round bulk bags can be regarded as circles when fully filled, and are represented by diameter D. 4 Bulk bag transport package size series 4.1 Bulk bag transport package empty bags Bulk bag transport package empty bags should comply with the requirements of GB/T10454. 4.2 Dimensions of the flat surface of a fully loaded container transport package See Table 1 for the dimensions of the flat surface of a fully loaded container transport package, and see Appendix A (suggestive appendix) for its typical stacking diagram. 4.3 Limit deviation of the flat surface of a fully loaded container transport package The limit deviation of the flat surface of a fully loaded container transport package is -4%. 4.4 Height dimensions of a container transport package The height dimensions of a container transport package can be selected according to the characteristics of the contents and the specific conditions of the vehicle. Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on August 10, 1998 and implemented on October 1, 1999 Diameter D 1) is the preferred size.
