National Standard of the People's Republic of China 1/12 Colourcards of standard depthsfor dyeing with dyestuffs This standard depth colour card is formulated with reference to the depth of DIN54000 "1/12 auxiliary standard colour card" recommended by the international standard ISO105/A-1978 "Textiles UDC 667.2 (086.6) GB 4841.6-85 Dyeing depth test Part A General Principles", and adds four hues of golden yellow, red, emerald green and brilliant green. This set of colour cards is suitable for reference and review evaluation of dyeing depth of dyed samples in dyeing depth and dyeing performance test. 1 Specifications and types 1.1 This standard depth colour card consists of two hues, V12 depth. 1.2 This standard depth color chart has two forms: original preservation copy and issued use copy. 1.2.1 The original preservation copy is 5cm×5cm in size and is kept for copying. 1.2.2 The issued use copy is 3.5cm×5cm in size and is for use. 2 Materials for color chart preparation 2.1 Fabric: This standard depth color chart adopts SD2201 wool gabardine. 2.2 Fabric: This standard depth color chart adopts sixteen commercial dyes [see Appendix A (Supplement) for details]. 3'Quality indicators 3.1 Appearance requirements: The surface of this standard depth color chart must be uniform, without color spots, stains, dirt and obvious traces of adhesive seepage, and the thickness of the fabric should also be uniform 3.2 The original preservation copy is tested by the spectrophotometer specified in GB3979-83 "Measurement method of object color". The lighting and observation conditions are 0/d, the wavelength interval is 10Dm, the color card surface and the fabric texture are at an angle of 60° to the × axis of the measuring hole during the test, and the test results are shown in Appendix B (Supplement), which are the values of the standard illuminant D5, 1)\ field of view. 4 Usage When using this standard depth color, guide the dyed sample to the color card with the closest hue in this standard depth color card, and perform visual measurement according to the method specified in GB250-84 "Gray Sample for Evaluation of Color Change". The depth allowable error is not less than 4 levels. 5 Preservation When preserving this standard depth color, pay attention to avoiding heat, light, moisture and moth. For original preservation, it should be stored in a special wooden box lined with black paper and stored in the designated unit of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 6 Distribution The text part and the color chart part of this standard are distributed separately, of which the text part is published by China Standards Press and distributed by Xinhua Bookstore: The standard depth color chart part of dyeing is made into a folding incense format for easy use and is reproduced and distributed by Shanghai Dyestuff Research Institute. Issued by the State Bureau of Standards on October 0, 1985 Implementation on July 1, 1986 A.1 The dyes of the standard depth color chart are shown in the following table: Color chart number GB 4841.6--85 Appendix A Dyes for standard depth color chart (Supplement) CI Acid Yellow 17.
