1 Subject content and scope of application

Place the test sample on a flat and solid platform and roll it so that each test surface is impacted in turn. 4 Test equipment
The impact table should be a horizontal plane, not move or deform during the test, and meet the following requirements: a. The impact table is a whole object with a mass of at least 50 times the mass of the test sample. b. The table should have a large enough area to ensure that the test sample falls completely on the impact table. c. The horizontal height difference between any two points on the impact table shall generally not exceed 2mm. However, if one of the dimensions of the test sample in contact with the impact table exceeds 1000mm, the horizontal height difference between any two points on the table shall not exceed 5mm. d. Any 100mm area on the impact table is subjected to a static load of 10kg, and the deformation shall not exceed 0.1mm. 5 Test procedure
5.1 Preparation of test samples
Prepare the test samples according to the requirements of GB/T4857.17. 5.2 Numbering of various parts of the test samples
Number the test samples according to GB/T4857.1. 5.3 Pretreatment of test samples
Select a condition according to GB/T4857.2 to pretreat the test samples with temperature and humidity. 5.4 Temperature and humidity conditions during the test

The test should be carried out under the same temperature and humidity conditions as the pretreatment. If the pretreatment conditions cannot be met, the test should be carried out under temperature and humidity conditions as close to the pretreatment as possible.
5.5 Selection of test strength value
Select the test strength value in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.18. 5.6 Test steps
5.6.1 Test sample with a planar hexahedral shape Place the test sample on the impact table, with face 3 in contact with the impact table, see Figure 1. Tilt the test sample until the gravity line passes through edge 3-4, so that the test sample loses balance naturally and face 4 is impacted, see Figure 2. Figure 1

Note: If a surface is small, sometimes two consecutive impacts may occur after one release. In this case, it can be regarded as two separate impacts and the test can continue.
5.6.2 Test samples of other shapes
For the rolling method and sequence of test samples of other shapes, refer to 5.6, 1. 5.6.3 After the test, check the damage of the packaging and contents according to the relevant standards and analyze the test results. 6 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents:
Name, specification, model, quantity, etc. of the contents: the number of test samples;

Detailed description: the name, size, structure and material specifications of the packaging container: accessories, cushioning pads, supports, fixing methods, sealing, bundling status and other protective measures;
The mass of the contents of the test sample, in dry grams; the temperature, relative humidity and time of pretreatment; the temperature and relative humidity of the test site;
Description of the test equipment;
Record the test results and submit an analysis report; explain the differences between the test method used and this standard; the test date, signature of the test personnel, and seal of the test unit. Additional notes:
