Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Glass Agitator Paddle Agitator 1 Subject content and scope of application HG/T2051.4-91 This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of glass paddle agitators used in glass mixing vessels. Mark: Technical requirements for agitator JⅡ40-1030HG/T2051.4-914 4.1 The pipe used for the glass agitator is made of No. 10 or No. 15 steel and is inspected and accepted according to GB8163. 4.2 The manufacture, inspection and acceptance of the glass agitator shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of ZBG94004. 4.3 The shaft head of the glass agitator must be finely processed after the glass is cut. The agitator used for packing seal must be straightened after the glass is cut, and the shaft end sealing section must be ground. The radial total runout of the agitator shaft sealing section must be calibrated. Less than or equal to 0.2mm, the radial runout of the lower end is less than 0.3%H (H is the distance from the measuring point to the straight rod at the upper end of the shaft) 4.4 The quality classification of sugar glass stirrers shall be in accordance with ZBG94007. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 The sugar glass stirrer must be wrapped with soft materials and securely fixed in a wooden box. 5.2 Collisions must be avoided during moving and transportation, and the packaging box must not be inverted. 5.3 The product should be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 The product should be stored indoors and is not allowed to be stored or stacked in the open air. HG/T2051.491 Appendix A Type III shaft head of sugar glass agitator (supplement) A1 This standard is applicable to Type III shaft head of sugar glass agitator with nominal pressure less than or equal to 1.0MPa, medium temperature higher than -20℃ and lower than or equal to 200℃, and nominal speed of agitator of 80 and 125r/min. A2 This appendix specifies the types and main dimensions of the shaft head of type III agitator for 50L to 4000L glass open mixing vessels and 2500L to 4000L glass closed mixing vessels. A3 Type II shaft head type, basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Figure A1 and Table A1.
