Centrifugal concentrators shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
Working conditions
4.2.1 The feed particle size is less than 74μm, accounting for more than 80%. The feed concentration shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4.4The swing of the feeder bucket shall be flexible, and it must be ensured that all the slurry is fed into the drum during feeding. When the ore is cut off, all the slurry flows into the return pipe.
4.5 The ore bucket of the ore separator should swing flexibly, and the fine ore and tailings must be clearly separated. 4.6 Machine cover
4.6.1 The slurry should be able to be discharged from the ore discharge cover of the machine cover, and the slurry should not be accumulated in the protective cover. 4.6.2 The connection between the upper and lower covers should not leak. 4.7 The time control device should be made into a mechanical type (controller) or a program control type assembled with electronic components, and the control should be accurate and reliable. 4.8 Requirements for the controller
It should have good insulation. Under a voltage of 500V, the insulation resistance between the conductive part and the base should not be less than 5M2. 4.8.2 The brush has good contact with the relay.
The power-on time of the relay should be adjustable.
It should operate reliably, and the power-on time should be accurately adjusted according to the requirements of the drawing. 4.8.4
Each weld should not have defects such as burn-through, cracks, slag inclusions and incomplete penetration. All lubrication parts should have smooth oil passages and the seals should not leak oil. 4.10
After assembly, the following requirements should be met:
All moving parts must run smoothly and flexibly: The temperature rise of rolling bearings shall not exceed 40℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80℃: b)

5.2 For the requirements of 4.3.4, check them on a general static balance test bench. 5.3 For the requirements of 4.4 and 4.5, check them by swinging the feeder hopper of the ore feeder and the separator hopper of the ore separator by hand. 5.4 For the requirements of 4.6, after the product is assembled, clean water should be injected into the rotating drum for inspection. 5.5 For the requirements of 4.8.1, check them according to the provisions of GB/T998, and the accuracy level of the instrument used shall not be lower than level 1.5. 5.6 For the requirements of 4.8.4, use a stopwatch for measurement. 5.7 For the requirements of 4.3.3, 4.8.2, 4.8.3, 4.9 and 4.10, an appearance inspection shall be carried out. 5.8 For the requirements of 4.11, an inspection shall be carried out during the idling test. The noise of the whole machine shall be measured according to GB/T3768, and the speed of the drum shall be measured with a tachometer when the machine is running normally.

Centrifugal concentrators are divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2
Factory inspection
6.2.1 Centrifugal concentrators shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can be shipped. When leaving the factory, documents proving the quality of the products shall be attached.
6.2.2 Factory inspection of the following items:
a) The factory inspection of centrifugal concentrators shall comply with the provisions of 4.3~4.6, 4.8~4.12: b) An idling test of no less than 2h shall be carried out at the manufacturer. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Centrifugal concentrators should be subject to type inspection in any of the following situations: a) when new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production appraisal; b) when the product structure, materials, and processes have been greatly changed after normal production; c) when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; d) when the results of the factory inspection are greatly different from the last inspection; e
When the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.3.2 Type inspection items should meet all requirements of this standard. 6.3.3 Type inspection should be conducted on one unit selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double sampling should be conducted. 7 Signs, labels and instruction manuals
Each centrifugal concentrator should have a product label fixed in a conspicuous position. Its type and size should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and indicate the following contents:
a) Manufacturer's name and trademark;
b) Product name and model:
c) Main technical parameters:
Drum speed, vmin;
Processing capacity, th;
Motor power, kW;
Machine weight, t;
d) Factory number;
Date of manufacture.

Product instructions should be prepared for centrifugal concentrators, and the contents should comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.17.2
7.3 The packaging marks of centrifugal concentrators should include shipping packaging receipt and delivery marks, packaging storage and transportation pictorial marks, and should comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191.
Packaging, transportation and storage
Centrifugal concentrators can be packed and wrapped in parts, and the parts should be fixed firmly in the box, and the closed box should be ventilated and rainproof. The following technical documents should be attached to the centrifugal concentrator: product general drawing, installation drawing;
Product instructions;
Quality certificate or product certificate:
Packing list.
There should be obvious text markings on the outer wall of the closed box, and it should comply with the provisions of 7.3, including: a)
Name of the receiving station and the receiving unit;
Name of the shipping station and the shipping unit;

8.4 The overall wrapped part should be marked with a sign in a conspicuous position, which should have obvious text markings, and its content is the same as 8.3. 5 The packaging and shipment of centrifugal concentrators should comply with the requirements of water and land transportation. 8.5
Centrifugal concentrators should be purchased and stored in warehouses or under sheds that can protect against direct sunlight and rain and snow. 8.7 The exposed processed surface of the machine should be coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped with protective materials such as polyvinyl chloride plastic film or paraffin wrapping paper. The flushing nozzle and feeding nozzle should be kept naturally drooping.
