This standard corresponds to the United Nations "Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Test and Criteria" (revised edition) and is not equivalent to it to the same degree of safety. Its relevant technical contents are completely consistent with the above manuals. The standard text format has been edited according to GB/T1.1-2000. This standard was proposed and managed by the Technical Committee for the Promotion of Hazardous Chemicals Management (SAC/TC251). The responsible unit for this standard is Zhejiang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The participating drafting units of this standard are: Sinochem Chemical Standardization Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are: Wen, Tu Xiaobing, Hua Xiaoquan, Bao Zongwen, Chi Yangwu, Zhu Hailang, Zhang Junxi. This standard is the first formulation of the test method for the flammability of spray foam for dangerous goods GB/T 21632-2008. This standard specifies the equipment, materials, test steps and result judgment of the spray (aerosol) foam flammability test. This standard is applicable to spray (aerosol) products in the form of foam, mousse, gel or paste. 2 Normative references

and definitions apply to:
flammable gas ammzble Gas is a spray or aerosol that can cause combustion at 20°C and standard atmosphere. Serosols are used for sprays or aerosols that can cause combustion at 20°C and standard atmosphere. However, the parties to this standard are encouraged to study the latest version of the standard. This standard is applicable. The following terms established by ASTM D20: The entire gas phase mixture reaches a certain concentration range. Sprays are made of plastics ... 4.1 29 Constant temperature water bath: accuracy 1℃
4.2 Laboratory temperature: accuracy ±0.1g
4.3 Timer (stopwatch); accuracy -0.2 34.4 Refractory transparent glass block with a diameter of about 150mm, 4.5 Scale with a minimum range of 20cm, with brackets and clamps, and the unit of scale is cm. 4.6 Candle, wax wick, match or lighter, 4.7 Thermometer: accuracy ±1℃
4.8 Temperature meter: accuracy +5%.
4.9 Pressure gauge: accuracy ±0.1Pa
5 Test preparation
5.1 Prepare 4 spray samples that reach the labeled amount of the product, and one of them is reserved. GB/T 21632---2008
5.2 Take all safety precautions to prevent inhalation of harmful substances or fire. 6 Test steps
6.1 This test should be carried out in a ventilated and airless environment, with the temperature controlled at 20℃-5℃ and the relative condensation controlled at 30%-80%. 6.2 Take 3 fully filled spray samples and completely immerse them in a constant temperature water bath at 20℃-1 for 30min. 6.3 Place the fire-resistant transparent glass in a fireproof ring near the wind, place the scale behind the fire-resistant transparent glass, and use a bracket clamp to keep it tightly attached to the fire-resistant transparent glass and vertical, and the zero point of the scale is at the same level as the base of the surface glass.
6.4 Measure the release or outflow rate of the spray so that the amount of the spray can be more accurately measured. 6.5 Before the test begins, spray the spray sample for about 1 liter to eliminate uneven materials entering the pipette. 6.6 Strictly follow the instructions for the spray, including whether the position of the spray nozzle can be straightened or reversed at will. If necessary, weigh the spray before the test.
6. Weigh each spray and record its mass. 6.8 Based on the spray release or outflow rate and the instructions for use of the product, release about 5 liters of the spray foam on a clean fire-resistant transparent glass to form a cone wound not exceeding 25 mm in height. 6.9 Within 5 seconds after completing step 6.8, place the ignition source at the edge of the test bottom and start timing at the same time. If necessary, in order to observe the combustion more clearly, move the fire source away from the edge of the sample after about 2". If the sample does not ignite, the ignition source should continue to be placed on the edge of the sample.
6.10 If combustion occurs, record the following points: 6.10.1 Record the maximum height of the flame (1-part of the bottom of the fire-resistant transparent glass, excluding the thickness of the fire-resistant transparent glass). 6.10.2 Flame duration (s).
6.10.3 Re-weigh the mass of the spray and calculate the mass of the released spray. 6.11 Immediately after each test, ventilate the test environment to eliminate the spray residue in the test environment as much as possible. 6.12 If no combustion occurs and the test object remains in a foam or tumbling state throughout the process, repeat steps 6.7 to 6.11. (If the foam or tumbling state remains for 3cs, 1min, 2min or 4min, then place the ignition source on the edge of the sample.) 6.13 When combustion occurs, repeat steps 6.7 to 6.11 with the same test spray. 6.14 Repeat steps 6.4 to 6.13 for the remaining two spray samples of the same batch and perform the test. The results are judged. 7.1 The test report should include the following elements: 7.1.1 Whether the product ignites, 7.1.2 Maximum flame height (cm) 7.1.3 Flame duration (s) 7.1.4 Introduction of the product. Internal pressure and emission rate. 7.2 Based on the test results, calculate the flame height and combustion time. 7.3 Evaluation based on results
7.3.1 Extremely flammable: The spray foam burns with a flame height of 20 cm or more and a flame duration of 2 s or more in the test, or the flame height reaches 4 rm or more and the flame duration reaches 7 rm or more. 7.3.2 Flammable: The spray foam burns in the test, but does not meet the requirements of 7.3.1. 7.3.3 Non-flammable: The spray foam does not burn in the test. 2
