During the continued working time, it should be able to tell time normally. From the start of operation to automatic stop, the results should comply with the provisions of Article 4.2 and Table 1. 5.3 Average daily difference and daily deviation
5.3.1 According to the level and stroke (hammer) cycle in Table 1. 5.3.2 After the pendulum clock is fully wound (hammered), place it firmly in its working position, push the pendulum to make it run, and record the correction value of the pendulum clock and the standard clock after 2 hours. 5.3.3 During the winding (hammering) cycle, record the daily difference of the pendulum clock every 24 hours, and then calculate the average daily difference and daily deviation according to the following formula. The result should meet the requirements in Table 1.
The average daily difference (M) is calculated according to formula (1): a.
Quasi-net
QB/T 1536—1992
Where: ML—The accumulated error is the error value of n days minus the correction value, s/d; the number of days of travel during the winding cycle, d.
Daily deviation (M,) is calculated according to formula (2):
Ma = Ma: - M
i= 1,2.3,..m
Where: Mr—daily deviation on the ith day, s/d; Mai——daily deviation on the ith day, s/d.
5.3.4 Daily deviations M,~M shall all comply with the provisions in Table 1. 5.3.5 When the average daily deviation (M) exceeds the grade specified in Table 1, it may be adjusted according to the method specified in Article 5.5. 5.4 Working temperature
Put the pendulum clock in a test box at a temperature of 45℃ and keep it warm for 6 hours, then take it out and place it at room temperature for more than 2 hours, then put it in a test box at a temperature of -10℃ and keep it warm for 6 hours before taking it out. The result shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3. 5.5 Daily difference adjustment
Adjust by adjusting the pendulum adjustment nut. After the average daily difference (M) is measured, adjust the pendulum adjustment nut to the upper and lower limit positions, and then measure the daily difference (Mup, M), and calculate the adjustment range and adjustment capacity according to the following formula. The calculation result should meet the requirements of Article 4.4. Adjustment range:
IMup|+[Mr|≥10 min
Adjustment capacity:
IM-MI≥4 min
jM-Mr/≥4 min
5.6 Hour and minute hand coordination error
Indicate the hour hand at the center of "6" and "12" respectively, and visually observe the deviation of the minute hand at the center of the \12\ hour symbol. The result should meet the requirements of Article 4.5.
5.7 Timing Deviation
Turn the minute hand around any number of times, then turn the minute hand forward in sections according to the time interval of the hourly time, and start visually inspecting the indicated time and listening to the number of time indications from the second turn. The result should comply with the provisions of Article 4.6. 5.8 Time Interval of Dotting
Use a stopwatch to measure the time interval of 10 consecutive dottings, and thereby obtain the average time interval between two adjacent dottings. The result should comply with the provisions of Article 4.7.
5.9 Sound Quality of Time
Use human hearing to inspect the sound quality and melody of the time indication, and it should comply with the provisions of Article 4.8. 5.10 Fixation of Movement and Clock Housing
Wind the clock with a key, check the reliability of the fixation of the movement and clock housing by hand, and visually inspect the axis and hole of the winding shaft. The result should comply with the provisions of Articles 4 and 9.
5.11 Appearance
Use normal natural light indoors (use 40W fluorescent lamps for lighting in dark weather), with a viewing distance of 0.4m, and normal vision for visual inspection. The results should comply with the provisions of 4.10.1, 4.10.2, and 4.10.3. 5.12 Surface plating and coating
