3.4.1.3 The residual height of the gate of the stationary blade with a steam channel height less than 600mm is less than 5mm: the residual height of the gate of the stationary blade with a steam channel height greater than or equal to 600mm is less than 10mm. Note: The steam channel height refers to the height of the flow-through part of the blade (the same below). 3.4.1.4 Defects within the processing allowance are allowed to exist. 3.4.1.5 The defects allowed in the finished product are also allowed to exist in the rough surface, and their depth can be added with the allowance left for rough damage. 3.4.1. It is not allowed to have more than 5 scattered holes with a diameter of less than or equal to 2.5mm and a depth of less than or equal to 2mm. Holes with a diameter of less than or equal to 1mm and a depth of less than or equal to 0.5mm are not counted. 3.4.1.7 Repair welding is allowed for defects exceeding the requirements of the finished product. The requirements for repair welding are shown in Article 3.4.3. 3.4.2 Intrinsic quality
3.4.2.1 During the trial production of stationary blades with a steam inlet height greater than or equal to 300mm, each batch of test pieces shall be no less than 10 pieces, and 50% of them shall be randomly selected for X-ray film inspection.
3. 4. 2. 2
The evaluation of manufacturing defects on the radiographic images shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3

Foreign inclusions
3.4.2.3 Radiographic film shall not be used as a quality inspection standard for finished products, but as a basis for process finalization. 3.4.3 Welding repair requirements
See Figure 1
See Figure 2
See Figure 3
3.4.3.1 For stationary blades with a steam duct height of less than or equal to 300mm, the following single defects can be repaired by welding at a distance of 10mm from the steam outlet: a hole defect with a diameter of less than or equal to 5mm and a depth not exceeding one-third of the wall thickness at that location; 4
a strip defect with a length of less than 3mm and a depth not exceeding one-third of the wall thickness at that location. b.
3.4.3.2 For stationary blades with a steam duct height of more than 300mm, if there are defects on the casting surface, repair welding can be performed. 3.4.3.3 Before repair welding, the defects must be cleaned up until the original color of the metal is exposed. Repair welding procedures shall be compiled according to different materials. 3.4.3.4 The weld blister must be flat, and no welding defects are allowed after self-testing and inspection. 3.4.4 Shaping requirements
3.4.4.1 When the deformation of the stationary blade exceeds the requirements of the finished product (plus the repair margin), it is allowed to be repaired manually or mechanically according to the shaping process. The stationary blade after shaping should still meet the rough surface quality requirements. 3. 4. 4.2
3. 4. 4. 3
Stationary blades should be subjected to stress relief treatment after shaping. 3.5 Finished product requirements
3.5.1 Surface quality
3. 5. 1. 1Stationary blades are not allowed to have cracks or missing meat. JB/T3073.51993
JB/T3073.51993
3.5.1.2 Hole defects (such as sand holes, pits, inclusions and pores) are allowed on the steam channel profile. For specific requirements, see Figure 4, Table 4 and Table 5. 3.5.1.3 A maximum number of defects are allowed on the finished stationary blades, but they cannot be concentrated on the same short surface at the same time. 3.5.1.4 The surface defect requirements of the two inner end faces of the nozzle are the same as those in Table 4, position ③. Holes with a diameter of less than or equal to 0.3mm and a depth of less than or equal to 0.3mm are not counted (no concave holes are allowed in the concave position of Figure 4). 3.5.1.5
The stationary blades with a duct height greater than or equal to 600mm shall be inspected according to the medical 5 partitions. 3.5.1.6
