1 Scope
This part of GB/T 39315 specifies the general requirements, composition structure diagram, index table, data element value and expression rules, common data model and special data model of the facility data model in the military and civilian general resources.
GB/T 39315.6 is applicable to the exchange and sharing of the facility data model in the military and civilian general resources.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 39316.6 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
4 General requirements
The naming rules, description methods and formats of the facility class data model in military and civilian common resources shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 37944-2019, and the metadata shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 39316.6.
5 Composition structure diagram
The facility class in military and civilian common resources shall include all available social infrastructure resource potentials. The structure of the facility data model is shown in Figure 1. It consists of a common data model for military and civilian general resource facilities and a land-specific data model, a water-specific data model, a sea-specific data model, a building-specific data model, a gas station-specific data model, a service area-specific data model, and a warehouse-specific data model.
6 Index table
The facility data model number complies with the provisions of 5.3 of GB/T 37944-2019, using an 8-digit mixed encoding format of the letter "E" plus 7 digits, where "E" represents the facility class. The data model number should be unique. The data model index table is shown in Table 1.
7 Data element value and expression rules
7.1 In the technical attributes of the data element-entity relationship table of the common and special data models of the facility class, "B" indicates that the corresponding data element is required; "A" indicates that the corresponding data element is optional; "X" represents that the entity contains the data element and there is a situation where the values ??affect each other.
7.2 The values ??of the facility construction status and facility use status in the common data model affect the expression rules as follows:
a) When the value of E0003A0000 (facility construction status) is empty or under construction, E0005A0000 (facility use status) should be empty;
b) When the value of E0003A0000 (facility construction status) is completed, the corresponding attribute value should be specified in E0005A0000 (facility use status).
This part specifies the general requirements, composition structure diagram, index table, data element value and expression rules, common data model and special data model requirements of the facility data model in the military and civilian common resources.
This part applies to the exchange and sharing of the facility data model in the military and civilian common resources.
