The terms used in this standard shall comply with the provisions of ZBB92005. General requirements
Barbed wire for knitted mesh fences shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
4.2 It is allowed to use steel wire with other coatings without affecting the quality and service life of the product. 4.3 Galvanized steel wire for barbed wire (hereinafter referred to as steel wire) shall comply with the following provisions: the diameter of the steel wire, mechanical properties and quality of the zinc layer shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.3.1

4.3.2 After the steel wire is tightly wound 6 times on a mandrel equal to 4 times its own diameter, the zinc layer shall not crack and cannot be wiped off with bare fingers. 4.3.3 After the steel wire is tightly wound on the mandrel with the same diameter as itself for 6 turns, the steel wire shall not break. 5.1 The specifications and basic parameters of the remaining steel wire shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2 of JB/T7137. 5.2 The barbed wire shall be supplied in rolls, and the unrolled length of each roll shall not be less than 200m or determined by agreement between the supplier and the buyer. One knot-type joint is allowed within the length of 200m.
5.3 The barb distance shall be uniform. On a barbed wire with a length of 7.6m, the qualified rate of barb distance shall not be less than 90%. Among the 30 barbed wires measured continuously, the qualified rate of barb length shall not be less than 90%. 5.4
The barbed wire should be tightly wound on the strands, and the number of windings shall not be less than 2. 5.5
5.6 There should be a specified number of stabs between two adjacent barbed wires of double-strand barbed wire. In the 40 consecutive barb distances measured, the number of stabs less than the specified number shall not exceed 2.
The barbed wire of single-strand barbed wire should not move along the strands. In the 30 consecutive barbed wires measured, the number of stabs that move shall not exceed 2. Test method
The inspection and test methods of barbed wire shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 6 and 9 of JB/T7138.4. 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Factory inspection
7.1.1 Barbed wire shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. 7.1.2 The items of factory inspection shall include the contents of Article 5.1 and Chapter 8 of this standard. 7.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, type inspection is carried out once a year; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. According to the provisions of GB2828, a normal inspection sampling plan is adopted, and the batch range is the number of barbed wire coils N=71~1450. 7.2.3 When the number of unqualified products inspected is less than or equal to A, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; when the number of unqualified products inspected is greater than or equal to R., the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. Each roll of barbed wire should have a label, which should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label should indicate: a.
Manufacturer name;
Product name;
Product specifications and markings;
Manufacturing date or factory number.
Use steel wire with a diameter of not less than 2.0mm to evenly bind the four sides of the barbed wire coil, and the wire head shall not bend outward. When barbed wire leaves the factory, the following documents shall be attached: a.
Product certificate;
User feedback form;
Instruction manual.
Avoid contact with acid, alkali and salt substances during transportation and storage to prevent corrosion. During transportation and storage, it should be stacked neatly to prevent rolling and hitting people or objects. Additional notes:
