Some standard content:

FZ/T 810032003
The permissible degree of color fastness to sleeping liquid in 3.12.5 of this standard is a mandatory provision, and 3.12.9 and 3.12.10 are mandatory provisions. This standard replaces FZ/T81003-1991 "Single Clothing for Boys, Girls and Children". This standard was revised with reference to the Japanese standard JISL4203-1992 "School Clothing". Compared with FZ/T81003-1991, the main changes of this standard are as follows: considering the improvement and enrichment of the clothing standard system, the name of the standard is changed to "Children's Clothing, School Clothing"; - Added technical requirements for school clothing; - Added some reference standards;
- Added the limit of formaldehyde content released by finished products, infant clothing (two years old and below) ≤ 20mg/kg, clothing that directly contacts the skin ≤ 75mg/kg, clothing that does not directly contact the skin ≤ 300mg/kg; Added the allowable pH value of finished products that directly contact the skin to 4.0~7.5, and the allowable pH value of finished products that do not directly contact the skin to 4.0~9.0;
- Added the provisions on the allowable color fastness of finished products to washing, dry cleaning, dry friction, wet friction, sweat, light and sleeping liquid; - Added the provisions on the allowable pilling of finished products; - Enriched and improved the content of defect judgment. Appendix A of this standard, "Test method for the degree of seam unseating", partially adopts the provisions of FZ/T20019-1999 "Test method for the degree of seam unseating of wool woven fabrics".
Appendix A and Appendix B of this standard are normative appendices. This standard is proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Clothing Standardization. This standard is drafted by the Shanghai Garment Research Institute, the National Garment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai), the National Garment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Tianjin), the Shanghai Garment, Shoes and Hats Business Industry Association, and the Beijing Garment Quality Supervision and Inspection Station 1. Zhejiang RYB Group and Shanghai Yaduo Garment Co., Ltd. participated in the drafting.
The main drafters of this standard are: Xu Jian, Xu Yunbao, Zhu Bingrong, Wang Shurong, Wu Shuzhen, Jiang Yanxiang, Qin Wei, Ye Xiandong, Zheng Yafang. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: GB2663-1981, FZ/T81003-1991. I

FZ/T 81003—2003
The quality grade of finished products is based on the existence of defects and their severity. The individual products in the sampled samples are graded according to the number of defects and their severity, and the batch grade is divided according to the number of individual products in the sampled samples. 5.2.1 Defects
A single product that does not meet the technical requirements specified in this standard constitutes a defect. According to the degree of non-compliance of the product with the standard and the impact on the performance and appearance of the product, defects are divided into three categories. a) Serious defects
Defects that seriously reduce the performance of the product and seriously affect the appearance of the product are called serious defects. b) Major defects
Defects that do not seriously reduce the performance of the product and do not seriously affect the appearance of the product, but are more seriously inconsistent with the provisions of the standard are called major defects.
c) Minor defects
Defects that do not meet the requirements of the standard but have little impact on the performance and appearance of the product are called minor defects. 5.2.2 Basis for judging quality defects
