Standard atmosphere for handling and testing of pulp, paper and paperboard samples Single-page teletype base paper is divided into three grades: A, B and C. 3.1
Single-page teletype base paper is roll paper. 3.3 The roll diameter is (850 ± 50) mm, and the paper roll width is 850, 640 mm, or as specified in the order contract. 4 Technical requirements and test methods
The technical indicators and test methods of single-page teletype base paper must comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.11
The width error of the paper roll shall not exceed ±3mm. Measure according to GB/T451.1. 4.2
4.3 The two sides of the paper roll shall be consistent in tightness, the cutting edges shall be neat and clean, and no mechanical damage is allowed. 4.4 The cut surface shall be flat, and there shall be no folds, wrinkles, holes, cracks, hard blocks, holes, various spots and other paper defects that affect the use. 4.5 There shall be no shredded paper or impurities in the paper roll. 4.6 The number of broken ends of grade A products shall not exceed 4, and the number of broken ends of grade B and C products shall not exceed 6. 4.7 The color tone of each batch of paper shall be consistent and there shall be no obvious difference. 5.4 The sampling of samples and pre-test treatment shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.5 According to the normal inspection secondary sampling plan, sampling is carried out at the general inspection level 1. 5.6 The purchaser has the right to check whether the quality of the batch of products meets the requirements of this standard. If the purchaser has any objection to the quality of the products, it shall notify the supplier within three months after the arrival of the goods to jointly take samples for re-inspection. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as nonconformity and the supplier shall be responsible for handling it. If it meets the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be judged as qualified and the purchaser shall be responsible for handling it. 283
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

6.1 The packaging and marking of single-page teletypewriting base paper shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342 or the requirements of the order contract. 6.2 When transporting the product, it must be transported in rainproof, moisture-proof and clean means of transport. It is strictly forbidden to mix with damp and perishable items. 6.3 The product must be stored to prevent rain, snow and moisture. The warehouse must have dry ventilation performance. The packaging must be complete to prevent the product from getting damp. 6.4 When transporting, it is not allowed to throw the product down from a high place or roll it on the spot. This standard was proposed by the Paper Industry Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Lihua Paper Mill. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Shoubao, Zhu Cuihe and Jiang Liyan. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB610-1973 "Single-page teletype base paper" will be invalid. This standard adopts the Soviet standard "OCT19625-1974 "Telegraphic tape and telegraphic tape paper" with reference to the Soviet standard. 284
