This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection regulations and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of trunk amplifiers in cabled distribution systems for television and sound signals of 5MHz to 1750MHz. This standard applies to trunk amplifiers in cabled distribution systems for television and sound signals of 5MHz to 1750MHz. 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. The versions shown are valid at the time of publication of this standard. All standards are subject to revision, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. GB/T11318.1-1996 Cable distribution system equipment and components for television and sound signals Part 1: General specifications GB/T11318.14--1996 Cable distribution system equipment and components for television and sound signals Part 14: General specifications for lightning arresters
3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions, and other definitions should comply with the relevant provisions in GB/T11318.1. 3.1 Nominal input level rated input level The nominal input level refers to the input level at the center point or reference point within the input level range that meets the performance parameters of the trunk amplifier, that is, the level measured from the input monitoring port plus the sum of the branch losses of the monitoring circuit. It is the actual input level of the first-stage amplifier after deducting the insertion loss from the input port of the trunk amplifier to the middle of the first-stage amplifier. 3.2 Nominal output level rated output level The nominal output level refers to the output level of the trunk amplifier under nominal gain conditions. 3.3 Flat output trunk amplifiers trunk amplifiers with flat output level Flat output trunk amplifiers are such amplifiers: during the signal transmission process, equal amplitude levels of various frequency signals can be obtained at each trunk amplifier output end.
3.4 Full slope trunk amplifiers trunk amplifiers with full sloped output level Full slope trunk amplifiers are such amplifiers: during the signal transmission process, equal amplitude levels of various frequency signals can be obtained at each ten-line amplifier input port, and the output level of the trunk amplifier increases with the increase of frequency. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 9, 1996 366
Implementation on May 1, 1997
GB/T11318.8--1996
3.5 Trunk amplifiers with half sloped output level A trunk amplifier with half sloped output level is a type of amplifier that, during signal transmission, can obtain equal amplitude levels of each frequency signal at the midpoint of each cable section, while the levels of each frequency signal at the input and output ends of the trunk amplifier are not equal. 3.6 Gain adjustment range gain adjustment range refers to the decibel difference in gain values at two extreme positions when the gain is adjusted manually. 3.7 Equalized value
Equalized value refers to the decibel difference in attenuation between the low-frequency reference point and the high-frequency reference point of the equalizer. 3.8 Equivalent equalized value equivalent equalized value The equivalent equalized value is directly expressed by the cable attenuation at the high-frequency reference point. This standard adopts the equivalent equalization value. After the frequency band of the trunk amplifier is determined, the equivalent equalization value = equalization value/[1-(years)\)fh/
Wherein: f——is the low frequency reference point;
fh—is the high frequency reference point.
3.9 Mutual complement between equalizer and cable The meaning of complementation in this standard refers to the frequency characteristics of the flat output response that are regained after a sweep frequency generator with a flat output response is connected in series with a cable and an equalizer. The equalizer and the cable are said to be complementary. 3.10 Tilt
Tilt refers to the difference between the output level of the amplifier's high frequency reference point and the output level of the low frequency reference point. 3.11 Slope
The slope is directly expressed by the cable attenuation corresponding to the high frequency reference point. 3.12 Slope adjustable range slope adjustable range The slope adjustable range refers to the decibel difference between the maximum slope and the minimum slope when adjusting the slope. 3.13 Stability of gain When the trunk amplifier is set to the nominal gain at 20°C, when the temperature changes within the range of -10°C to +40°C, the gain deviation is the gain stability.
minimum full gain
3.14 Minimum full gain
When the attenuator and equalizer at the input of the trunk amplifier are short-circuited and set to the manual maximum gain, the gain of the trunk amplifier is the minimum full gain.
4 Product classification
4.1 Class I trunk amplifier (ALC) Trunk amplifier. 4.2 Class I trunk amplifier (AGC) Trunk amplifier Class IA: AGC trunk amplifier with automatic slope compensation. Class IB: AGC trunk amplifier without automatic slope compensation. 4.3 Class trunk amplifier (trunk amplifier with manual gain and slope). Class IIIA: T-line amplifier used with a Class I trunk amplifier. Class IIB: Trunk amplifier used alone or with a Class I sub-line amplifier. 5 Requirements
5.1 General requirements
The general requirements for trunk amplifiers shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 5.2 Performance parameter requirements
