4.7 Anti-oil leakage performance
The bottom seal of the olive lamp oil pot shall be tight and smooth, and the riveting of the oil filling port and the air column to the oil pot shall be tight and firm, and there shall be no oil leakage. KNKca
4.8 Appearance quality
4.8.1 The outer surface of the olive lamp is not allowed to have more than three cancer marks longer than 8mm, and pull marks that seriously affect the appearance. There shall be no burrs or sharp edges that may hurt the skin. The riveting of the lamp frame shall not be obviously skewed. 4.8.2 The outer surface of the tin lamp shall not have serious surface tin, black spots and rust spots. 4.8.3 The outer surface of the paint lamp shall be bright and uniform in color, and the paint film shall be of uniform thickness. No paint leakage or paint flow is allowed. There shall be no obvious defects such as paint hanging, bubbles, orange peel, pinholes and impurities.
4.9 The corrosion resistance of the tinned metal coating of the tin lamp shall be not less than level 5 after a 4-hour neutral salt spray test. 4.10 Paint film adhesion of the paint lamp
After the paint film adhesion test, there shall be no paint film shedding. 4.11 Performance in use
4.11.1 The wrench shall be flexible to turn and self-locking shall be reliable. When turning, the lampshade shall not get stuck on the burner. 4.11.2 When the wick handle rotates in the forward and reverse directions, the wick belt should be flexible in lifting and lowering, and stagnation, reversal, and slipping are not allowed. 5 Test method
5.1 Luminous performance test
Pour kerosene that meets the requirements of GB253 into the olive oil pot, let it stand for 15 minutes, then ignite it, and place it in the dark box shown in Figure 1. Adjust the 467
QB19651994
lifting screw so that the flame position is on the same horizontal plane as the illuminance meter probe, and rotate the worm gear handle to make the gun lamp rotate slowly around the lamp axis. The maximum illuminance value (Ix) measured by the illuminance meter probe with a range of 101x and an accuracy of 0.11x at a distance of 1m from the pillow lamp is converted into the maximum luminous intensity value (cd) (the measurement distance is 1m, and the luminous intensity value is equal to the illuminance value). Illuminance meter
1 banana cover; 2- air hole + 3- comb lamp * 4 lifting nut + 5 mounting box * 6- worm gear pair 5.2 flame stability test
After the lamp is lit, adjust it to the rated luminous intensity (maximum luminous intensity minus 1cd), and observe it after 3 hours. 5.3 anti-drop test
After the static burning test in 5.2 is passed, it is suspended from a height of 150mm and falls freely on the material board for observation. 5. 4, temperature rise test
After the olive lamp is statically burned, adjust it to the rated luminous intensity, and at the same time, hang mercury thermometers at three different positions in the horizontal direction 1m away from the olive lamp. After 3 hours, measure the average value of the thermometer readings at the three locations, which is the ambient temperature of the laboratory. And use the photometer to read the surface temperature of the lamp ring and the wick handle. The difference between the surface temperature and the ambient temperature is the temperature rise. 5.5 Wind resistance test
Adjust the olive lantern to the rated luminous intensity, let it stand for 15 minutes, and then put it in a test environment where the wind speed can be adjusted. Adjust it to the rated wind speed specified in Table 3. Adjust the position of the olive lantern to rotate around the axis of the gun lamp so that the wind speed direction is aligned with the oil filling port side, and four directions of 90°, 180° and 270° from the oil filling port side. Each direction is tested for 10 seconds, and the flame should not go out. 5.6 Protection performance test
Hang the top of the lantern ring on the hook of the test frame, so that the axis of the olive lantern is 45° off the vertical direction. After loosening, swing the gun lamp until the intersection of the wire guard collides with the hardwood surface, and observe (Figure 2). 468
QB1965-
Impact surface
5.7 Anti-leakage oil test
Fill the olive lamp with the rated oil storage, wipe the surface, and place it on white paper. After 1 hour, observe and check whether there is oil stain on the white paper. 5.8 Appearance quality inspection
Appearance quality is visually inspected by hand.
5.9 Tin lamp tinned metal coating corrosion resistance test adopts neutral salt spray test, which is carried out according to the method and procedure specified in GB5938 and evaluated according to GB5944. TKKAa
5.10 Paint film adhesion test
Use a blade to cut four scratches on the flat paint layer horizontally and vertically to the surface of the substrate to form 9 small squares, each of which has an area of 1mm, and then stick it with medical adhesive tape. After sticking it firmly, slowly pull off the adhesive tape and check whether the paint film has fallen off. 5.11 Performance inspection
Operate the olive lamp wrench and wick handle 10 times each by hand, and no abnormality is allowed. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The olive lamp inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, and the number of unqualified products per 100 units is counted. 6.2 Factory inspection is carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, using a normal inspection one-time sampling plan. The inspection items, unqualified classification, inspection level, and qualified quality level are shown in Table 4. The sample size and judgment array are shown in Table 5. Table 4

When re-inspected, a strict inspection and sampling plan shall be adopted. 6.4 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. 6.4.1
Test and finalization of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; in continuous production, no less than once a year; when the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. Type inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2829, using a single sampling plan with discrimination level I. Samples are drawn from the factory inspection qualified batch 6.4.2
