This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, and determination of the number of static life tests for industrial stop valves. This standard is applicable to static pressure life tests with a nominal repulsive force W≤32.DMPa. 2 Normative references

Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Potential pressure life test Under laboratory conditions, the valve is subjected to a certain pressure and is cycled from fully open to fully closed. 3.2
Time of potential pressure life test The total number of times a valve can be opened and closed to maintain the performance required by the standard during the static pressure life test. 4 Requirements

4.3 The test medium is warm water. If air is used as the test medium, the opening pressure difference during the test should be controlled according to the rated differential pressure of the valve. 4.4 Regardless of the method used to operate the stop valve, when conducting a static pressure test, the operating panel it is equipped with should be tested with the valve for opening and closing cycles. Manually operated stop valves driven directly by handles (wheels) or by worm gear reduction mechanisms; stop valves driven by electric, hydraulic, pneumatic or other electro-hydraulic and pneumatic linkage devices; stop valves driven by their operating drive devices; start and close cycle tests; 4.5 During the static pressure life test, starting from the fully closed position, the opening of the door should be 90% of its actual opening. 4.6 During the static pressure life test, from the open position to the closed process, the body cavity should be filled with medium and positive, and the medium pressure should be 90% to 100% of the nominal pressure of the door: after reaching the closing position, the medium pressure should be released on the outlet side. The start-stop valve is not opened under the pressure differential system of the test medium. When there is a rated differential pressure requirement, the rated differential pressure shall be used as the test differential pressure during the test. 4.7 The maximum opening and closing torque measured by manual operation shall prevail when the sealing performance can be maintained during the sealing test. The torque of manual operation shall not exceed the torque that can be produced by the driving handwheel equipped with the stop valve or the operating torque specified in the product standard. The test torque deviation of the actuator shall be less than 5%. 4.8 During the static pressure life test, according to the characteristics of the sealing pair materials, the sealing performance and operating torque shall be checked every 200 to 300 opening and closing cycles: after the sealing performance is qualified, continue the test. If the operating mode of the manually operated stop valve changes, it can be adjusted. The stop valve with other operating mechanisms cannot be adjusted. 4.B should be installed with the flow direction required by the stop valve. 4.9 The number of static pressure life tests shall be recorded by an electromagnetic counter using the number provided by a life test machine or an electric, hydraulic, pneumatic or other electro-hydraulic and pneumatic linkage device weak-acting travel switch. 5 Test method
5.1 Install the cut-off and adjust the position when the seal is closed. 6.2 Under the pressure difference (or rated matching) of 100% medium pressure and nominal H force, use a force measuring wrench to measure the maximum operating torque when opening and closing the cut-off. Test three times and take the maximum value: 5.3 According to the torque measured in 52, adjust the control mode and output force range of the actuator to meet the operating requirements of the cut-off seal and meet the sealing requirements after the sealing performance test. 5.4 After 200~300 opening and closing cycles, check the leakage of the sealing surface. If the operating torque changes, the output torque of the tightening mechanism should be adjusted in time to meet the sealing requirements. However, when the operating force increases to the point where one person cannot use the hand wheel, the test should be stopped. 6 Determination of the number of static pressure life tests
6.1 Termination of test inspection
When the following conditions occur, the test should be terminated: a) During the sealing test inspection, the sealing performance cannot meet the standard requirements; b) The seal, the body, etc. are not properly maintained; c) The stem, stem, nut and other parts of the stop valve cannot be opened and closed normally, or the opening and closing operating torque changes greatly, which does not meet the requirements of 4.7 of this standard:
8.2 Number of static pressure life tests
2.1 After reaching the required number of tests, if the performance of the stop valve meets the standard requirements, this number of tests shall be the number of static pressure life tests. B.2.2 If abnormal conditions or performance does not meet the standard requirements occur during the test, the number of opening and closing cycles corresponding to the last inspection shall be set as the static pressure life test number.
