This standard is interpreted by the Electrostatic Precipitator Sub-Technical Committee of the Environmental Protection Machinery Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Machinery. 1 Scope Mechanical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Electrostatic Precipitator Anode Plate JB/T5906-1997 Replaces JB5906-91||tt ||This standard specifies the structural type, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, and packaging of electrostatic precipitator anode plates. This standard applies to electrostatic precipitator plates with a width not greater than 750mm, a length not greater than 16000mm and a distance between poles of not more than 600mm. 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. (a) C type (b) W type Figure 1 Anode plate cross-sectional shape (e) Z type 3.2 without affecting the operating performance of the electrostatic precipitator Under the conditions, it is allowed to use other structural types of anode plates. 4 Requirements 4.1 The mechanical properties and chemical composition of the anode plate material should comply with the requirements of the grade specified in the technical agreement (or joint direction) between the supplier and the buyer. 4.2 The surface of the material before the anode plate is formed must not have rust, obvious scratches or other defects that affect the mechanical properties. 4.3 The size deviation and shape deviation of the anode plate should comply with the provisions of Figure 2, Figure 3 and Table 1. There should be no cracks or damaging scratches with a depth exceeding 15% of the plate thickness on the surface. Inspection rules 6 6.1 The dimensional deviation of each batch of anode plates of the same specification shall be subject to sampling inspection according to the requirements of 4.3. The sampling regulations shall comply with the provisions of JB5908 6.2 Inspection of the shape deviation of the anode plates of the same specification. According to the supply status of materials with the same batch number, random inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements of 4.3, and no less than 3 samples shall be inspected. 6.3 Users have the right to conduct acceptance in accordance with the requirements, test methods and inspection rules of this standard. 7 Logo, packaging 7.1 Logo The words, logos and patterns on the outside of the packaging box should comply with the regulations of JB5908 and GB191. 7.2 Packaging The anti-rust packaging of the anode plate should comply with the requirements of GB4879. Regulations. Packing should comply with the requirements of 4.1.4.1 and 4.1.4.2 in JB5908-91.
