Equipment engineering supervision services are activities that require the client, the supervision unit, and the supervised unit to cooperate with each other. The client needs to comply with the agreement with the supervision unit and perform relevant obligations. Plant Engineering
Engineering with equipment as the main construction content, including planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and other processes. 4.1 General provisions

4.2.3 Record and information management

5.1 Equipment supervision personnel
5.1.1 General
A documented procedure should be prepared to specify the management control of equipment supervision personnel such as employment, training, competency assessment, performance appraisal, and job responsibilities.
5.1.2 Chief Supervision Engineer
5.1.2.1 The Chief Supervision Engineer shall be a registered equipment supervisor with more than three years of experience in equipment supervision. A registered equipment supervisor shall only serve as the Chief Supervision Engineer of one supervision project. 5.1.2.2 The chief supervision engineer shall perform his duties within the scope of responsibilities authorized by the equipment supervision unit, represent the equipment supervision unit in the execution of the supervision contract, and preside over the daily work of the project supervision organization, mainly including organization, planning, coordination and control: a) Deploy equipment supervision personnel according to the needs of the supervision contract and project progress, and determine the positions, responsibilities and task division of personnel within the project supervision organization:

6.1.3.2 Equipment Supervision Service Implementation Planning Output Documents The output documents of the equipment supervision service implementation planning include quality plans, supervision details, etc. Quality plan supervision details can be in the form of text descriptions, charts or manuals.
