This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of playing cardboard.
This standard applies to multi-layer liner board for making playing cards. 2 Product classification
2.1 Playing cardboard is a flat board.
2.2 The size of the board is 820mm×1080mm, 787mm×1092mm (vertical×horizontal), or other specifications of board can be produced according to the requirements of the order contract.
2.3 The size deviation of the board shall not exceed ±3mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 3mm. 3 Technical requirements

3.3 The thickness should be consistent and the fiber structure should be uniform. QB/T3501—1999
3.4 ​​The color of the same batch of paperboards should be basically consistent, and the difference in whiteness should not exceed 3%. 3.5 The cardboard should be flat and smooth, and should not have warped edges. 3.6 The cardboard surface should not have coarse mesh marks, coarse cloth marks, light or dark streaks, ridges, bulges, oil spots, and other appearance defects that affect the use. 3.7 The following conditions may be classified as second-class products, but no more than two of them shall be found at the same time. 3.7.1 The basis weight exceeds the specified value by ±2g/m. 3.7.2 The thickness exceeds the specified value by ±0.01mm. 3.7.3 The whiteness difference of each batch of cardboard exceeds the specified value by within 3%. 3.7.4 The dust content exceeds the specified value by within 20%. 3.7.5 The glue application degree is less than the specified value by within 0.5mm. 4 Test method
4.1 The basis weight and thickness shall be determined in accordance with GB/T451 "Method for Determination of Size, Skewness, Basis Weight, Thickness and Tightness of Paper and Cardboard". 4.2 Whiteness is measured in accordance with GB/T1542 "Determination of whiteness of paper and paperboard (blue light method)". 4.3 Smoothness is measured in accordance with GB/T456 "Determination of paper smoothness (Buick tester)". 4.4 Sizing degree is measured in accordance with GB/T460 "Determination of sizing degree of paper and paperboard (ink streaking method)". 4.5 Stiffness is measured in accordance with GB/T2679.3 "Determination of stiffness of paperboard". 4.6 Breaking length is measured in accordance with GB/T453 "Determination of tensile strength and elongation of paper and paperboard". 4.7 Stretch rate is measured in accordance with GB/T 459 "Determination of paper stretchability". 4.8 Dust degree is measured in accordance with GB/T1541 "Determination of dust degree of paper and paperboard (area method)". 4.9 Moisture content is measured in accordance with GB/T462 "Determination of moisture content of paper and paperboard". 5 Inspection rules
The sampling inspection for delivery test shall be carried out in accordance with 5.1
of GB/T2828 "Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to the inspection of continuous batches)".
The grouping, sequence and inspection level of delivery test items and the qualified quality level (AQL) shall be calculated according to the percentage of non-conforming products, as specified in Table 25.1.1

5.2 The sampling of samples and the pre-inspection treatment of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 450 "Methods for taking average samples of paper and paperboard and handling samples before inspection".

6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
QB/T3501--1999
6.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of QB/T45 "Paper packaging and marking" or in accordance with the provisions of the order contract. 6.2 Cardboard should be properly kept and not stored in the open air to prevent the influence of snow and moisture, which may cause the cardboard to deteriorate and deform. 6.3 During transportation, a canopy and clean transportation vehicle should be used; during handling and loading and unloading, care should be taken not to damage the packaging and it is not allowed to be dropped from a high place. 6.4 If the product deteriorates or suffers other losses due to storage and transportation not meeting the requirements of this standard, the party responsible for the loss shall be responsible.
