Assembly diagram of gas phase corrosion resistance test device for gas phase anti-rust paper gas phase anti-rust plastic thin combustion 7.1 Gas phase corrosion resistance test
7.1.1 Test of gas phase anti-rust paper and gas phase anti-rust plastic film Two 150mm×25mm gas phase anti-rust paper or four 150mm×50mm gas phase anti-rust plastic film were pinned symmetrically and parallelly to the bottom of No. 13 rubber plug with thumbtacks, and the side containing gas phase corrosion inhibitor should face the test piece. A pin was pinned to the lower end of the sample to make it droop naturally.
The assembled rubber plug was placed in a 1000mL wide-mouth bottle. The bottom of the bottle was pre-filled with 10mL of 95% glycerol distilled water, so that the wide-mouth bottle formed a relative humidity of 90% at 20℃, as shown in Figure 2. The assembled wide-mouth bottle was placed in an incubator at 20℃±1℃, and taken out after 20h. The aluminum tube on the wide bottle was quickly filled with water at a temperature of 0℃~2℃, and then immediately placed in an incubator at 20℃±1℃. After 3h, the test body was taken out, the water in the aluminum tube was poured out, and the rust on the test surface was immediately checked. If there is visible condensation on the test surface, immediately use tweezers to pick up a cotton wool soaked in anhydrous ethanol, gently wipe it and then check it. Four groups of parallel tests are performed, one of which is a blank test. 7.1.2 Test of gas phase rust inhibitor
Inject 10mL of 35% by mass propylene glycol distilled water solution into the bottom of the wide-mouth bottle to form 90% 3

in the wide-mouth bottle at 20℃. 0.5% powdered gas phase rust inhibitor is evenly distributed in the glassware, and then the bottom of the bottle is placed. The test device is assembled according to the method in 6, 2 and put into the wide-mouth bottle, as shown in Figure 3. The assembled product bottle is placed in an incubator at 20℃±1℃, and water at 0℃~2℃ is added to the top of the bottle, and then it is immediately returned to the incubator at 20℃±1℃. If the test object is not of good quality, drain the water from the inclined tube and check the rust of the test equipment. If there is visible dew on the surface of the milk test surface, remove it immediately with cotton wool without anhydrous ethanol and wash it gently before checking. The test group of the positive red north is the research group. Figure 3 Gas phase corrosion resistance test assembly diagram of gas phase rust inhibitor 7.2 Gas phase retardation ability test of gas phase rust inhibitor 7.2.1 Test of gas phase rust prevention paper and gas phase rust prevention plastic film Cut the gas phase rust prevention paper into a sample of 200mmX30%mm, fix a piece of fixed filter paper on a smooth glass plate, pin the cut gas phase rust prevention paper flat on the paper with the side coated with matching retardant facing up, press heavy objects on the corners of the sample so that it will not feel any vibration when it is swimming.
The gas phase anti-rust plastic film with gas phase anti-rust agent is sealed into a 100mm×400mm sealed film after air is completely removed from the film.
The film is placed in a drying oven at C=2℃ for 12h, 72h, 48h, 24h, and cooled naturally to room temperature. Then, the sample test is carried out according to the provisions of 7.1.1.
7.2.2 Gas phase anti-rust filter test
0.5g powdered gas phase anti-rust agent is added to the filter paper with a size of 12um. Place in a medium box at 60℃ to 2℃ for 120h, then take out and cool naturally in the air. Perform the test according to the specification. 8 Corrosion inhibition ability classification and result evaluation
8.1 Corrosion inhibition ability classification
