The internal dimensions of the cylinder are determined by formula (2), and the internal dimensions of the cylinder for some bearing specifications are shown in Appendix A (suggested appendix). The other dimensions of the cylinder are determined by the processing unit, and its shape is shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4, d- D+(]--2] -+(2~3) 4.2.2 The inner diameter d of the sieve is determined by formula (3). Other dimensions are determined by adding units. The materials used should meet the requirements50--B0 >8n1- +20 >120--150 5.3 Plastics are generally natural color, with uniform wall thickness and smooth surface. Inclusions, bubbles, spots, perforations, cracks and dirt are not allowed. 5.4 The pinholes of hollow molding should be sealed and should not leak oil. 5.5 After hollow molding, the thickness of the residual process accumulation on the cover and bottom of the cylinder shall not exceed 2mm, and the opening should be in the middle. 5.6 During hollow molding, the cut parts of the plastic cylinder should be flat and free of burrs that affect the use. The parallelism of the cut end face of the cylinder and the cylinder edge to the other end face shall not exceed 0.3mm 5.7 The cylinder and the cover should be self-locking after assembly, and the following requirements should be met: After the bearings are fully installed in the cylinder inner buckle, the cylinder edge is shaved off, and the cylinder cover should not fall off by itself under the self-sag of the bearing. 5.8 The inclination of the outer surface of the plastic cylinder relative to the bottom is not much changed below 0.5 mm. 5.9 The number of bearings packed in each cylinder is recommended in Table 2. Bearing outer diameter >52-150 6 Inspection and supervision rules JB/T100-2000 Table 2 Number of bearings installed per manufacturer Number of plastic manufacturer installed bearings 6.1 When measuring the plastic nut, a vernier ruler that meets the regulations is used, and the ruler accuracy is 0.02 IV: Plastic manufacturer structure type Single-ton type 6.2 During user acceptance, if a channel indicator does not meet the standard requirements, the unqualified indicators can be re-inspected. When any one of the inner diameter, wall thickness, material and cylinder weight does not meet this standard, or when the plastic quotient of other indicators that do not meet this standard exceeds %, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified products: 7 Test method Before plastic cylinders are put into batch production, they must be tested for oil resistance and water resistance. 7.1 Oil resistance test Cut the bottom of the plastic sample, and place it in aviation oil at 60±1℃ for 51 seconds. Finally cool it to room temperature. Wipe the surface of the cylinder with gasoline. Use a vise to bring the two inner walls of the cylinder together and then loosen them. Allow the sample to bend without cracking. It is also allowed to break at the bending point. Each group of test samples consists of 3 samples, and all of them should be qualified: 7. 2 Corrosion test This method is to determine the abrasiveness of plastic to metal under a certain temperature by sandwiching a layer of plastic between two metal test pieces. The operation process is as follows: a) Take two fully polished low-embedded steel test pieces, add rubber oil, clean them with anhydrous ethanol, and dry them with clean wax cotton. b) Cut a plastic sample of the same size as the surface of the gold layer test piece from the plastic cylinder, and wipe its surface with an absorbent cotton soaked in anhydrous alcohol, then place the plastic sample between the two overlapping gold layer test pieces, move it to a constant temperature of ±1 and keep it for 24 hours, then take out the sample and compare it with the newly-made metal test piece under sufficient light. If there is no color change or other changes, it is considered that the material sample has no deformation Each group of samples consists of 3, and all should be qualified. Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 8.1 The following contents can be marked on the whole material: a) Plastic manufacturer's mark: b) Other marks required by the user. .2 The certificate of conformity shall be marked with the following: b) the specification of the plastic cylinder; e) the manufacturer's name (or trademark) e) the date of issue JBT 1092000 8,3 The manufacturer shall package the plastic cylinder according to the user's requirements. If there is no special requirement for packaging, the plastic cylinder shall be packaged in woven bags, and the plastic cylinder shall be sealed and fastened with labels marked with "Specification" and "Nongdao" to ensure that the fuel cylinder is not directly affected by rain, sun exposure and pollution during transportation. It shall not be lowered from a high place during loading and unloading, and tools that may damage the product quality shall not be used. 8.4 The storage warehouse should be well ventilated. Short-term storage must be well protected by covers and pads. JB10190-2600 Appendix A (Appendix of Suggestions) The internal dimensions of the receiving material used for the contracting of rolling bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table A1.
