This part of GB/T19475 specifies the method for testing the image quality of window card scanners using the test images specified in GB/T19475.1-2004. class="f14" style="padding-top:10px; padding-left:12px; padding-bottom:10px;">
GB/T19475-2004 "Micrographic technology - Methods for measuring the quality of images produced by window card scanners" consists of two parts:
- Part 1: Characteristics of test images;
- Part 2: Quality requirements and control.
This part is the second part of GB/T19475, modified and adopted ISO11698-2; 2000 "Micrographic technology - Methods for measuring the quality of images produced by window card scanners - Part 2: Quality requirements and control" (English version).
The main technical differences between this part and ISO11698-2:2000 are as follows:
- The national standards GB/T6159.1-2003, GB/T6159.4-2003, GB/T6159.5-2000, GB/T6159.6-2003 and GB/T10609.4-1989 cited in the normative reference documents of this part have the relationship with the corresponding international standards in ISO11698-2:2000 as modified adoption or non-equivalent.
- In 5.3.2, the number of pixels in the length and width directions is used instead of the length and width of the adjusted pixels;
- In 5.4.3, the number of pixels in the length and width directions is used instead of the length and width of the detected pixels.
This part adds references to ISO11698-2:2000. The following editorial changes have been made:
- The foreword in ISO11698-2:200 is deleted, and the foreword of this standard is added;
- This part of ISO11698 is replaced by this part of GB/T19475 or this part;
- The suspension section in 5.6 is numbered 5.6.1, and the original 5.6.1, 5.6.2, and 5.6.3 are changed to 5.6.2, 5.6.3, and 5.6.4 respectively.
Appendices A and B of this part are informative appendices.
This part is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Document Imaging Technology (SAC/TC86).
This part was drafted by the First Branch of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Document Imaging Technology.
The main drafters of this part are: Zhang Meifang, Cui Jiajia, Zhang Leyuan, Chen Jing, and Liu Peiping. The clauses in the following documents become clauses of this part through reference in this part of GB/T 19475. For all dated referenced documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. Method for measuring the quality of images produced by knife-card scanners using microphotography - Part 2: Quality requirements and control) This section is consistent with 511658-22000 The main technical difference is that the wood part uses the national standards GB/T1501-2C93, GB/TS1594:2n03, GB/T6159.200n, Gn/㎡r1:9.2003 and GB/T10509.4985 and the original national standards of 1S11608-2;2U39 are statically modified or non-equivalent. In 5.3.2, "reduce the image distance in the length direction" is used instead of "adjust the length and width of the image pattern". In 5.4, "measure the recording number in the length and width direction" is used instead of "check". Measure the length and width of the slow wire. This part makes the following minor changes to 1S012S8-2:200: Delete the previous element in TS01169H-2:2000, add six standard specifications: - GB/19475 or this part replaces 5S (this part of 11498): b, add the original number of 5.6.1 in the total number of 5.6.2, 5.6.3 and 5.6.4 respectively. The appendixes of this part are not used as data. This part is provided by the National Radio Image Equipment Co., Ltd.
