This part is the first part of JB/T10443. This part is formulated for the first time. This part is modified to adopt the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) publication IEC60763-1:1983 "Specification for laminated paperboard Part 1: Definitions, classification and general requirements" (English version). The main difference between this part and IEC60763-1:1983: According to the requirements of GB/T1.1-2000, the chapter "Normative Reference Documents" is added. This difference has been compiled into the text and marked with a single vertical line in the blank space of the corresponding clause. This part was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials. Drafting units of this part: Guilin Electric Science Research Institute, Liaoyang Industrial Paperboard Co., Ltd. Main drafters of this part: Luo Chuanyong, Zhu Meilan, Qi Ming. n 1 Scope Specification for laminated paperboard Part 1: Definition, classification and general requirements This part of JB/T10443 specifies the definition, classification and general requirements of laminated paperboard. This part applies to laminated paperboard. 2 Normative references JB/T10443.1-2004 The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through reference in this part of JB/T10443. For all dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this part. To meet certain purposes, the surface may have a reticulated pattern. 3.2 Laminatedpressboard Paperboard made by bonding several sheets of paperboard with an adhesive. 4 Classification Based on the components and properties, this section lists various types of laminated paperboard in Table 1. The model uses the same model as the paperboard in JB 8989.1, but with "L" to indicate lamination (e.g. LBO.1). Laminated paperboard should be made by laying paperboard in the same direction and bonding it with a suitable adhesive. If the adhesive is changed, the purchaser should be notified in time. Note: If the structure of the laminated paperboard is not laid in the same direction, it should be specially stated. 5.2 Surface state The surface of the paperboard should be calendered or have a reticulated pattern. 5.3 Machinability The paperboard should be able to be machined with the tool recommended by the manufacturer suitable for its processing. 6 Size Preferred thickness is 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm50mm, etc. as specified in the GB/321 series. Supply conditions Paperboard packaging should ensure adequate protection during transportation, loading and unloading and storage. 8 Marking Delivered paperboard should be clearly and permanently marked with the following: a) Manufacturer's name or trademark; Paperboard type, such as LB2.1, LB4.3: b) Nominal thickness: Specifications of each paperboard and weight of each package.
