For the drum type, when designing two drums, it is necessary to ensure that the double ropes are raised and lowered synchronously. 5.3.2 The length of the drum should be able to meet the requirement that all the wire ropes are wound up to no more than three layers. All the wire ropes must be wound evenly, and the outer layer of wire ropes shall not exceed two-thirds of the total length of the drum. Table 13 (6×19) of GB1102 is only applicable to small winches with a wire rope diameter of less than or equal to 11mm. Wire ropes in Table 14 (6×37) of GB1102 shall be used as much as possible, and the minimum breaking load of the wire rope shall not be less than 6 times the working load. Note: The requirements do not exclude other wire ropes that meet recognized standards. 5.7 Control and drive mode 5.7.1 The control mode shall be able to be manually operated on site or, at the request of the ordering party, manually operated in the boat to support the brake device. 5.7.2 Power source The prime mover of the winch may be electric, hydraulic or pneumatic. 5.7.3 Marking of operating equipment Various control handles, hand wheels, buttons or joysticks should be clearly marked with permanent markings to indicate their purpose and operation method. In addition to those that are obvious at a glance, the direction of manual boat retrieval should be clearly marked. 5.7.4 Automatic parking Various operating mechanisms for launching and power boat retrieval should be able to return to the "stop" position. 5.8 Driving equipment 5.8.1 Electric driving and control equipment should comply with the relevant provisions of my country's steel ship specifications, and the protection level of deck fixed equipment should comply with the IP33 provisions of GB4208. 5.8.2 Hydraulic driving and control equipment should comply with the provisions of GB3766, the system rated pressure should be selected from GB2346, and the driving device should operate satisfactorily at a pressure less than 10% lower than the rated pressure and comply with 5.1.1 performance requirements. 5.8.3 Pneumatic drive and control equipment shall comply with the provisions of relevant current standards and technical conditions. It is also necessary to test that the drum is relaxed and rotated slowly for one circle, and the load can still be braked by the brake device. 6.5 Onboard test The winch is tested with the lifting load Q, and the lowering test is carried out with the speed governor set to the load Q2. Inspection rules Each winch shall be inspected before leaving the factory according to the following items: 7.1 No-load inspection according to Article 6.1; Lifting inspection according to Article 6.2; Descending inspection according to Article 6.3.
