6.1 Allyl cyclohexyl propionate shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all products shipped meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of products leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes: manufacturer name, product name, production date, batch number, net weight, product quality in accordance with this standard and the number of this standard. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to inspect whether the quality of the received products meets the requirements of this standard in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Each batch number shall be inspected once, and different batch numbers shall be inspected separately. 6.3 For each batch of packaging units, 2 barrels (bottles) shall be drawn for less than 100 barrels (bottles), and 3 barrels (bottles) shall be drawn for more than 100 barrels (bottles). When opening the package for sampling, the appearance inspection shall be free of moisture and impurities. Then shake it to mix it thoroughly, and then use a glass sampling tube to absorb 50-100mL of the sample, inject it into the mixer and mix it evenly, and put it into two clean and dry glass bottles with frosted stoppers and caps, and mark the bottles: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, quantity and sampling date. One bottle is used for inspection, and the other bottle is kept for reference.
6.4 If one of the indicators in the acceptance results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the sample can be re-tested from twice the amount of packaging in conjunction with the manufacturer. If the re-test results still show unqualified indicators, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can resolve the dispute by agreement or ask a third party for arbitration, and the cost shall be borne by the responsible party.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Cyclohexyl lactone is packed in zinc-coated iron barrels. The outside of the package shall indicate: food additive product name, manufacturer name, trademark, batch number, net weight, tare weight, factory date and this standard number. 7.2 This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool warehouse to prevent contamination by foreign air. Transportation must comply with the regulations of the relevant departments.
7.3 Under the specified storage and transportation conditions, the product packaging is intact and has not been opened, and the shelf life is one year. Additional notes:
