All automatic operating parts should be automatically reset after the lifting force is removed. Non-automatic return operating parts should be able to stop at the operating position as required. The maximum steering angle of each operating mechanism should comply with the regulations of JB/T5999. 3.1.13 The installation position and adjustment method of the tractor operating device should comply with the regulations of JB/T5999. 3.1.14 The water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, current gauge and other instruments installed on the tractor should be clear and accurate, and the operation of various switches should be reliable. 3.1.15 The maximum opening force, lifting time and static settlement of the grab boom should comply with the factory specified values. 3.1.16 The maximum tightening force of the grab and its holding force should comply with the factory specified values. 3.1.17 The maximum rate of attraction and the maximum speed of the winch should comply with the factory specified values. 3.1.18 Under the condition that the user uses and maintains the tractor in accordance with the instruction manual provided by the manufacturer, within 12 months from the date of delivery, if the tractor is damaged or cannot be used normally due to the manufacturer's fault, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge. 3.2 Safety requirements 3.2.1 Wheeled tractors should be repaired or replaced free of charge at 30% or above. On the downhill road, the tractor should be able to stop on the uphill and downhill slopes of 40 degrees or less by using the parking brake. 3.2.2 The average braking deceleration of a wheeled tractor with a maximum speed of not more than 30km/h and a braking force of not more than 600N should not be less than 2.5m/s*. The difference in the braking rate between the left and right wheels should not be more than 400mml. 3-2.3 Wheeled tractors should be equipped with safety frames and cabs according to user needs, and should comply with the provisions of GB10912.G7121 and JF7325. The cab windshield must be equipped with a safety environment. 32.4 In order to prevent accidents to pregnant workers and other operating and maintenance personnel, their safety requirements should comply with the provisions of GB10395.1 and GB1536S. 32.5 Positions prone to personal accidents should be equipped with safety operation instructions and safety signs in obvious places, and should comply with the provisions of GB10396. 3.2.6 Wheeled tractors for highway use must be equipped with follow lights, turn signals, flashing warning lights, headlights, tail lights and rear reflectors. The headlights should comply with the provisions of JB/T5701, and should have a brake device capable of braking. At the same time, fog lights, work lights and indicators can be installed as needed. 3.3 Main performance requirements 3.31 The dynamic environment noise of the tractor and the cumulative noise limit of the operator's operating position should comply with the provisions of GB6376. 33.2 The maximum traction power of the tractor shall be less than 0.7 times the rated power of the engine (forest areas with gravel or soil). 33.3 The specific fuel consumption of traction under the maximum traction condition shall not exceed 350g/kW·hb for wheeled tractors with engine rated power less than 8kw, and not exceed·hb for wheeled tractors with engine rated power greater than 30W and with controlled tractors. 3.3.4 The tractor shall be able to start easily when the ambient temperature is -5℃. 33.5 Under the environment of 40℃, the cooling temperature shall be lower than 100℃ (pressure water shall be in accordance with the factory specified value), and the oil temperature of the engine and transmission system and the engine exhaust temperature shall not exceed the maximum limit specified by the factory. 3.3.6 The reliability of the product shall comply with the relevant standards and regulations. 4 Test method The test method shall comply with GP/15833 and relevant standards. 2 5 Inspection and testing 5.1 Factory inspection GB/T15B32—1995 The assembled tractor must be inspected to check the manufacturing, assembly quality and main technical indicators of the tractor, adjust the working mechanism, and the test items should meet the requirements of the product technical conditions. 5.2 Type inspectionwwW.bzxz.Net Type inspection can be carried out by any of the following methods. A. According to GB/T6294, carry out the overall test of the main components and carry out the 500-hour test. b. According to GB/T15833, carry out the 1200h long-term test. 6 Delivery 6.1 Each tractor shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer and can only leave the factory after signing the certificate of conformity. 6.2 Before the tractor leaves the factory, the following work must be done: a. Check the appearance of the tractor to ensure that the tractor leaving the factory is in good condition. b. Use cooling water and fuel, install the exhaust pipe with upward opening; wheeled tractors should check and adjust the tire pressure to the specified pressure; lead should be added to the places where it is required to be vented: d. Replacement bulbs should be vented: If possible in the structure, accessories such as pressure relief should be separated. f. Note: If the user has any requirements on the delivery status, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve it. 6-3 In addition to the accessories provided according to special orders, each tractor leaving the factory must be equipped with a full set of spare parts, accessories and random tools in accordance with the product technical conditions. 6.4 The following documents shall be prepared and provided with each machine shipped out of the factory: User Manual, the compilation and printing requirements of which shall comply with the provisions of GB, h. Extension certificate, Spare parts, accessories, accompanying tools and parts list: d. Packing list. Marking, transportation and storage .1 The tractor should have a sign. The sign should be installed properly, with clear handwriting and should indicate the following: a. Name of manufacturer, b. Model of tractor, manufacturing number: d. Year and month of manufacture 7.2 The excavator (including spare parts, accessories and random tools) shipped should ensure that its parts will not be damaged or lost during normal transportation. 7.3 Under dry and ventilated storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the tractor and its spare parts, accessories and tools are effective for at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.
